There are two types of training courses: In depth training on the standard itself (eg SuperStream) and any underlying technologies (eg XBRL and ebms) Hands-on training on the use of Compliance Test services to achieve certification. Training Course: SuperStream Standards in Depth Purpose The purpose of this training course is to provide participants with a sound understanding of the SuperStream standards and the underlying technologies. Students will cover the foundation technologies (XBRL and ebms3) and the use of those technologies in the SuperStream specification (Taxonomy, MIG, Message orchestration, error messaging) in sufficient detail to support implementation projects. Who should attend Software architects, team leads, developers, business analyst and project managers that are engaged in Super- Stream implementation projects. Implementer organisations would typically include payroll software providers, payroll service providers, fund administration software providers, clearing houses, gateways, SMSF administrators, large employers and large funds. Pre-requisites Basic knowledge of XML and SOAP is assumed. Most technical staff will already have sufficient XML / SOAP knowledge for this course. For those that are unfamiliar with XML and SOAP, the self-paced training at www.w3schools.com/xml and www.w3schools.com/webservices is sufficient. SupportServices Compliancetest.net offers two types of support services Community support. Available via the Forum tab on each community home page. Registered community members may post questions on the forum at any time. Responses may be received from ComplianceTest staff or from other community members. There is no guarantee of a response or that the response is accurate. Commercial support. Available via the Support tab of each user s personal dashboard. User must have a registered and verified payment method (credit card) in order to raise a commercial support ticket. ComplianceTest staff will answer commercial support requests within a defined SLA (Service Level Agreement). Commercial Support Scope The scope of ComplianceTest support services is limited to the use of ComplianceTest services for example questions about specific test cases, test transactions, test data profiles, and so on. Customers that require more general Super- Stream implementation support services should contact a qualified systems integrator such as IQ group. Cost Commercial support services are charged at an hourly rate of $150.00 exclusive of GST with a minimum charge of 1 hour. We expect that most support requests will not exceed the minimum charge. Customers will always be asked in advance to approve hours in excess of the minimum. Support requests are charged to registered credit cards once the ticket is marked as resolved. Monthly statements will reflect all support requests made during the previous month. SLA Standard support tickets are answered in accordance with the ComplianceTest support Service Level Agreement (SLA) SLA Metric Time to Respond SLA Metric Time to Resolve Accepted Resolved Requested Assigned Closed Rejected Escalation Trigger Escalated Time to Respond: 12 hours. This is the maximum time by which a ComplianceTest support staff will respond to the ticket. The response is either an acceptance of the ticket (in which case the time to resolve clock starts), a clarification request, or a rejection. Time to Resolve: 48 hours. This is the maximum time by which an issue raised in an accepted support ticket will be resolved by our support staff. The time to resolve clock starts from when a ticket is accepted and is suspended during any customer feedback or clarification request. Issue Management Customers can raise support tickets and monitor their progress via the Support tab on their user dashboard.
