IFS APPLICATIONS SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE SOLUTION PRICING BASIC PRICING IFS Applications is a fully integrated ERP solution that provides organisations with a modern and easy to use end to end solution for managing business processes. One of the key differentiators for IFS is the true componentised nature of IFS Applications and it is made up of nearly 100 different components. The services described in this document are typical solutions built from these components. Different component sets can be selected to create additional solutions to those described, e.g. Asset Management; Manufacturing; Service Management; Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Management; Fleet Management; Spare Parts Management. Additional components can also be added to specific solutions to provide additional functionality. Discounts are available against the prices below when license numbers in excess of the minimum order quantity are procured or where more than 1 solution is procured. All prices below are for IFS Applications hosted on a secure hosting environment at IL0. Prices for IFS Applications using alternative hosting options up to IL3 are also available on application. UNIT BASED PRICING Prices are generally per user/per month except Scheduling which is priced per resource/asset being scheduled/month. SECTOR PRICING There is no specific pricing for different sectors (i.e Health/Education, etc) FREE TRIAL Not available. IFS are willing to fully demonstrate the solutions as part of sales process. Customer Education Standard education classes, for courses given at IFS offices, are charged at 500 per delegate per day. Standard education classes, which are held on customer sites, are charged at 1,500 per day for up to a maximum of EIGHT students. Where extra consultants are required to support larger classes, the subsequent consultants will be charged at 50% of this rate (i.e. 750 per day). Customers can request modified training agendas, subject to IFS approval. For training at customer sites, instructors can provide training on customised software and/or data, with the appropriate preparation time, chargeable at 1170/day. IFS can also provide assistance in developing curricula, sample databases, training materials and end user training programs, again at the rate of 1170/day. Working Hours The daily rates quoted above are charged on the basis of an 8 hour working day. Any hours worked in excess this will be charged at the relevant hourly rate. Any time worked at weekends must be agreed in advance, and is chargeable as follows: Saturday: Sunday: 1.5 x the hourly rate 2 x the hourly rate Travel & Accommodation Expenses All expenses are recovered at cost. www.ifsworld.com 5
Travelling expenses for journeys made by car are charged at a rate of fifty pence per mile, based upon the agreed return mileage from the nearest IFS UK office. STANDARDS FOR CONSULTANCY DAY RATE CARDS The following identifies the standards upon which the day rate cards included in the Consulting Service Price list are based: CONSULTANT S WORKING DAY 8 hours exclusive of travel and lunch. WORKING WEEK Monday to Friday excluding national holidays OFFICE HOURS 09:00 17:30 Monday to Friday TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE Included within the day rate listed in the Consulting Service price list where travel is within the M25. T&S rates for travel outside of the M25 boundary are listed in the Consulting Service Price List. MILEAGE As above, mileage rates for travel outside of the M25 boundary are listed in the Consulting Service Price List. PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE Professional Indemnity Insurance is included within the all day rates listed in the Consulting Service Price List.
