Remove all items from trays and case Starting from left to right, connect the A, B, C, and D panels together (note: the numbers are located on the top rear of each panel) 1 A B C D 8'-0"
Attach the two verticals to the ABCD frames, one on each end. 2
Locate the back wall frame sections and attach them together as shown. 3 EE DD AA BB CC
Attach the remaining curved frame sections that create the right side alcove area. 4 Attach another vertical beam to the end of GG. FF GG
Locate the header. One person stands a vertical upright, while another attaches Header panel 1 to it, and rear structure. Stepstools or small ladders are necessary during the header assembly. 5 Skip a groove here to start header. Header 1
Continue with Header Panel 2 and another vertical. 6 Header 2
Assemble Header Panels 3 and 4 on the floor, with the short vertical with end cap in the middle. 7 Make sure the end cap is facing down to the floor. Connect the 2 frames with short vertical to the full size verticals as shown. Short vertical with end cap Header panel 3 Header panel 4
Connect Header panel 5 to the alcove end vertical to complet the header. 8 Inspect the angle of the verticals at this time to ensure they are straight up and down. Header panel 5
Locate the graphics and begin with the graphics for the RIGHT side. 9
Starting at the center of the booth, apply the AA graphic to the AA panel. Take care when handling the grapihcs, as they can crease if not kept in a rolled position, and vertical when hanging. The top of the graphic should be flush with the top edge of the frame section, and the right side of the graphic should meet the seam where AA meets BB. 10 NOTE: WHEN REPACKING ALL GRAPHICS, ROLL WITH GRAPHICS SIDE OUT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY DAMAGE GRAPHICS OVER TIME. Start graphics here
Work left to right. 'Tweaking' may be necessary to have all panels seam in an optimal fashion. Do this by slightly removing the graphics from the steel tape on the frame sections and shifting graphic panels as needed. There should be a 1/4-1/2" of frame exposed on the bottom edge of the frames; this is to accomodate carpet pile height. 11
After the graphics are attached on the right side of the booth, locate the box containing left side graphics. 12 Apply the left side graphics as per the right, starting from the post on the far left and working to your right.
Locate the 6 halogen lights. These have 'pin' bases, and simply down inside the pre-drilled holes on the top edge of the panels as shown. Tighten from the other side of the hole with wing nuts if needed. Connect the 6 cords from these lights into the surge protector and connect to power supply. Place surge protector close to panel BB, the access point, so that the lights can be turned on/off easily. 13 Surge Protector
CDG Exhibit Booth Tables Setup Lock door frame panel into the two circular uprights. Lock short extrusion to bottom side and insert graphic into groove. Lock top extrusion into place. Repeat for opposite side. (Note: All four sides of the smaller counters are also assembled in this manner.) Lock long extrusion to bottom of front, and load graphic into the groove. Place the counter top in place. 14
