The integrated Project Management solution implemented would support different roles in its organization namely the construction executives, program managers, fund managers and project managers. A comprehensive Project Management tool would identify priorities for funds allocation, evaluate opportunities to increase resource efficiency, and assess alternatives to reduce project and operating costs. The client sought a reputable IBM solution provider capable of deploying Software as a Service (SaaS) based Project Management solution. Solution Components Software IBM TRIRIGA Modules / Applications Project Management- SaaS Operations Management CAD Integrator I evaluated the TRIRIGA IWMS product along with several other industry solutions prior to selecting TRIRIGA for our real estate operation. One of the key discriminators for our selection of the TRIRIGA solution was the ability to adjust data content, forms, workflows, controls and reporting using the integrated tools that is critical to our project-based business model. We required a solution that can quickly adapt to changes in our business environment, and the TRIRIGA solution presented the most complete and flexible solution for our needs. The tooling necessary to support that flexibility is built in, and can eliminate the wait for functional changes to work through a software vendor s enhancement queue. While most of the IWMS solutions I reviewed included support for typical facilities, CMMS, and space management operations, the TRIRIGA solution presented substantial out of the box capabilities in these critical functional; Real Estate Lease Management, Real Estate Transaction, Project Management, Program Management and Construction Project Management, mentioned Manager, Corporate Real Estate Systems. The Operations module was used for managing building equipment and assets. The CAD Integrator linked to the Operations module facilitated accurate capturing of space occupancy. The native graphical interface within the application enabled the client to leverage graphical reporting and query capabilities without the use of an AutoCAD license. As directed, ecifm later moved the SaaS application to client s internal servers providing a smooth transition from its data center to the client s data center. Page 2
