Choice Financial also offers a tuition reimbursement program for employees interested in attaining further education at accredited colleges or universities for classes relating to their job or future career with the company. Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance 1 Choice Financial employees (full-time and part-time) are eligible for Life Insurance by working a minimum of 20 hours per week and 30 hours per week for Long-Term Disability Insurance. Long-Term Disability Insurance is offered at 66 2/3% of basic monthly earnings, not to exceed the maximum monthly benefit, less other income benefits. Paid Time Off (PTO) Choice Financial offers paid time off for vacations, illness, medical appointments, funeral leave, inclement weather, or any other personal time you may want or need. (Company paid holidays are included.) We also offer a Paid Time Off Donations Program that allows employees to donate PTO to an employee PTO Bank for use by other employees for family medical emergencies. (Subject to Qualifications.)
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan 1 Once eligible, employees can enroll in the 401(k) retirement savings plan during specified plan enrollment dates. Choice Financial matches 50%, up to 6%, of an employee s contributions.
