Here at Mass in Motion, we re all about finding new way s to help Massachusetts families to eat better and mov e more. This week we re proud to announce an ex citing new resource in that effort a free monthly newsletter called ChopChop. First off, meals cooked at home tend to be healthier (and less ex pensiv e) than takeout food. What s more, by teaching our kids to cook we make them more nutritionally literate and more likely to dev elop healthier eating habits ov er a lifetime. Besides, cooking together can be fun!
