1. USER LOGIN 1.1 LOGIN LIVEBOX To do the Login insert Username, Password and a 5 digits Pin. About the Pin, just for the first access will be required the insertion and the confirmation of the Pin. The domain selection will result necessary just in case the user has more accounts on different domains. On the contrary, the choice will result optional. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 2

1.2 RESET PIN If you want to reset your current Pin, you have to insert it and digit twice the new one. 1.3 RECOVERY PRIVATE KEY The user can recover its own private key clicking on "Private Key" menu in the personal profile page. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 3

It is possible to recover your own private key either copying the text included in the text area, or clicking on the download botton on the top right corner. Attention: It is necessary that the private key saved is hedged in a private and inaccessible space. If the user loses the private key and the pin, all the encrypted files will be lost. 1.4 CURRENT PIN RECOVERY If you lose your Pin, you can recover another one if you have previously downloaded from the portal the private key as shown in the previous section. After pasting the key in the recovery Pin area, you can edit it. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 4

2. MENU The main menu, located on the left of the home screen, shows the main LiveBox features divided in: Applications, Shared and Categories. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 5

2.1 APPLICATIONS In the Applications area we find three specific features: Home, Mail, Group folders and Network resources. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 6

2.1.1 HOME In the Home area it is possible to display all the documentation saved on LiveBox (files and folders). 2.1.1.1 REFRESH Through Refresh it is possible to refresh the page, showing the last updates. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 7

2.1.1.2 UPLOAD Clicking on Upload you can import files to insert in the LiveBox storage. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 8

Another way to upload is to drag selected files in the browser window. The dragged files will be automatically saved among LiveBox files. 2.1.1.3 NEW FOLDER Clicking on New Folder you can create a new folder. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 9

2.1.2 MAIL Through Mail function the user can set up one or more mail accounts to connect to the LiveBox portal. When the user will receive an email attachment, this one will be saved automatically inside LiveBox in a folder set apart to the Home. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 10

2.1.2.1 HOW TO SET UP THE E-MAIL To set up the mail click on the main menu New Account and display the window Import a new mail account. Secondly, you have to insert the email credentials of access, the host to set up and activate the SSL protocol. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 11

2.1.3 GROUP FOLDERS The Group Folders are created automatically when you create a group. All users in the group can upload their own content in them so that they are immediately available with other members. The ability to write in folders group is defined by the administrators of the group. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 12

2.1.4 NETWORK RESOURCES Through the Network Resources you can access to the contents shared in the corporate network. It is possible to set up one or more sources to benefit from different paths. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 13

2.1.4.1 NEW NETWORK RESOURCE Clicking on New network resource you can fill the form and set up a new resource. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 14

2.1 SHARED Through Shared categories it is possible to go quickly to the file sharing list with the following standards: Files: concern all the files and folders shared either from the user to the external or received from the same user. Users: it is possible having a complete vision of your own sharings. Files will be stored in different folders, organized per user. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 15

3. OPZIONI Clicking the right button on the file chosen, will list a series of options that you can execute. 3.1 DOWNLOAD Through Download you can download the document on your pc http://www.liveboxcloud.com 16

3.2 SHARE File or folders shared with other users allow you to create or edit sharing features of the same files. To share something, click with the right button of the mouse on the selected file and choose the Share option. In the further screen you have to insert, in Add users, user name or email addresses and through them it will be possible to share the selected file, while on the right, in the File shared with area, it will be possible to manage authorizations concerning to the file to share for. The access permissions to the file are divided in: - read only: authorize just file reading - reading and writing: authorize file reading and writing http://www.liveboxcloud.com 17

- administration: authorize reading, writing and management of the file sharing. After choosing users by which to share files and to have attribute to each one access permissions, click on Apply to effectuate the sharing. 3.3 RENAME With Rename you can change the name given to a file. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 18

3.4 CUT With Cut you can move a file. 3.5 COPY With Copy you can make a copy of a file, for example in another folder. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 19

3.6 ENCRYPT/DECRYPT With Encrypt you can encrypt a file and make it safe and inaccessible from outside. With Decrypt the file will be automatically decrypted. 3.7 VERSIONS Clicking Versions you can view all changes made to the files, and those who perform them. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 20

3.8 DELETE With Delete the selected file will be deleted. 3.9 INFO Info will be displayed with the characteristics of the file as: Path, Size, Creation Date, Last Update, Cryptography, Sharing and Permissions. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 21

4. CATEGORIES In the Categories area are listed files located in LiveBox divided in: Office, PDF, Images, Audio, Video and Encrypted. The category is like a filter that acts on all the files independently from their belonging folder. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 22

5. PERSONAL PROFILE Every LiveBox s user can access to their personal information clicking on Profile of the following menu. When you click on Profile will open a screen that sums up personal user data as name, surname, contact email and the white list. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 23

5.1 V CARD Clicking on your own profile the user can download the vcard, an electronic business card file format. The vcard can be attached to the email message but it can be changed in different ways too, generally on internet, through two or more mobile devices, bluetooth or sms. vcards contain information like name, surname, address, telephone number, email, url, birthdays and images. Clicking on Edit the user has the possibility of editing his own password or the personal information. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 24

5.2 DEVICES In the Devices area are listed all the devices utilized accessing to LiveBox, giving the possibility to the user to delete or enable them in any moment. If you decide to delete a device, you will definitively define the device cancellation and the impossibility, to access to LiveBox. The cancellation will result necessary in case of theft or loss. In case of a device deactivation, it will be inhibited the access to LiveBox for a well-defined period until his reactivation. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 25

5.3 DOWNLOAD Clicking on Download the user can download the updated agent. A screen lists the OS and the versions to update. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 26

5.4 EVENTS The Events feature collect all the latest LiveBox activities. In this visualization are also included the actions concerned shared contents realized from other users. Through the Add Filter function you can customize the events visualization, specifying a period of time, an action or a user. It is possible to add or remove filters in a dynamic way. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 27

5.5 QUOTA In the profile area, clicking on Quota, it is possible to visualize the data storage used divided in categories, trash, and versioning. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 28

Clicking on a category (cake slice) you will be redirected to the same category, reaching the file list. 6. MANAGE 6.4 GROUPS Groups and domains can be created from Admin. Accessing from Manage menu and clicking on Groups, it is possible to consult all groups, internal and external users and the storage space used in your own group. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 29

On Group, Description, Users, External users, Users Quota, Quota and Details, you will obtain informations more analyzed referred to the users and data storage and the opportunity of managing the users of a group and to create the external one. 6.5 TRASH Clicking on Manage menu is possible to access to Trash where are stored files deleted from the user. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 30

Clicking on Empty Trash, all the data inside the trash will be definitively removed. http://www.liveboxcloud.com 31
