OFFICE SOLUTIONS SERVICED OFFICE Our first class light and spacious serviced offices are all DED compliant. The offices start at 2 desks and are priced based on the number of desks. We offer flexible contracts from 1 week to 1 year and they are ready to move into now. Immaculately presented with ergonomic stylish furniture and neutral modern decor, just bring your laptop and you can begin work straight away. All utility bills, cleaning and maintenance of your office is taken care of by Oryx. For security, an individual office key and access cards will be issued to your staff so you can access your office at any time. We have different office types available depending upon your budget. Internal offices are most cost effective but if budget allows take advantage of the stunning uninterrupted views of Burj Khalifa from our premium external offices. DAY OFFICE Our light and spacious day offices are a popular option for those that require a private office only 1 day a week or a few days per month. These offices are ideal for professionals who usually work in another Emirate or country. Instead of working from a noisy coffee shop, you can work in a comfortable professional environment with all the amenities you need at hand. The price per day includes the basic refreshment package and basic printing package.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CALL ANSWERING We can answer your calls during office hours as per your instructions, take messages and redirect calls for you. PRINTING / SCANNING / FAX We offer different packages for printing and scanning as well as fax, depending on your requirements. Do not worry if you go over your printing allowance, we can charge per page too and this can be invoiced at the end of the month. MAIL MANAGEMENT This includes mail collections three times a week from our PO Box and delivered to your office. Our receptionist can also sign for your parcels and arrange courier services for you. INTERNET SERVICES This includes secure high speed internet, fast bandwidth, and dedicated internet connection.
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Our administration staff is well trained and can offer help with typing, filing, printing, basic excel and data entry. We offer 3 different packages here to suit your needs. MEETING SOLUTIONS We have a choice of fantastic meeting rooms available for hire by both tenants of the and external clients. Choose from small informal meeting rooms for up to 8 people or formal board rooms for up to 12 including video communications and stunning views of Burj Khalifa. COMPANY FORMATION Oryx World can assist with your business set up. The Oryx World Business Centre offices are DED compliant being at least 200sqft and suitable for companies wishing to directly trade and provide services locally. Our trusted network of local sponsors and expertise mean we can arrange all required paper work and permissions allowing you to concentrate on running your business. Main Services We can identify a local national as a local sponsor or service agent, assist with bank account opening, help to arrange visas and complete the registration procedure and obtain your professional licence. Our in house company formation team work quickly, are cost effective and offer an excellent service. Sponsors Where possible we work with exclusive sponsors whose power of attorney is available in the UAE. Sponsor costs can vary from AED 15,000 to upwards of AED 1 million annually. More powerful sponsors with better connections tend to cost more. Depending what your budget is and what you would like to achieve our Company Formation Specialists will match a sponsor accordingly. If you already have a sponsor in place, we can work with your existing sponsor too.
COMPANY FORMATION STEP 1 Complete our KYC from with the basic information needed so we can work on a quote, this allows us to understand your investment budget, what your company does and what you want to achieve. We may also request a further discussion at Oryx World or over the phone. A quote will then be prepared and sent to you for approval. STEP 2 Choose 5 company names and send them to us in order of preference so it can be checked if they are already taken. The Dubai Economic Department (DED) application is to be signed by all shareholders. STEP 3 The trade name is registered. STEP 4 We apply for initial approval for the business activity. STEP 5 Court agreement typing service and attestation of documents. STEP 6 The tenancy contract is required at this stage. The PRO will get planning department approval. STEP 7 The documents are submitted to DED and they generate a payment voucher (the total amount due depends on the business activity, number of partners and annual rent). STEP 8 Once the licence is issued, a company stamp is produced. STEP 9 A company PO Box will be set up, this will be registered in your licence. STEP 10 The company immigration card is applied for. STEP 11 The company labour card is applied for so you can start recruiting staff. STEP 12 We collect the Chamber of Commerce certificate for you.
