STEP 4 Calibrate your combine to ensure that yield and moisture results are accurate as possible. Providing you with the necessary assistance and knowledge to complete these 4 critical steps is the goal to which we strive. In order to meet this goal KFG has created a suite of service and support offerings entitled Ready-Set-Go. The purpose for KFG Ready-Set-Go packages is to provide a proactive approach to you, our customer, as it relates to in-field efficiency. Separated hardware or hardware at other locations will be considered as additional units and invoiced accordingly. Based on these needs a KFG Representative will create a personalized training agenda. Let these semi-annual on the farm appointments enhance your understanding of Apex Farms Software, MyJohnDeere Operations Center and John Deere displays, receivers & rate controllers. Additional time invoice on ½ hour increments. AMS PHONE SUPPORT Supporting the in-season technology needs of our customers in 24 counties and 3 states is a big job. Many issues can arise the first few days of planting and harvest season and when they do you want someone you can talk to quickly. AMS Phone Support was created to address in-season technology concerns quickly and conveniently.
