With the open vouchers you may stay at any of the 142 listed hotels if there is available room (see list below). FlexiDrive is free of any schedule! It s one of the best ways of knowing Cuba. Move at your own pace driving your car and selecting your preferred tours and sites land wide. You could ask for assistance at CUBATUR offices in the territory. These local assistance offices will arrange accommodation and pre-book at your name without additional cost. This package has not hotels reserved in advance, but only the car. If you wish to book a higher category hotel not mentioned in the list, you may contact us and paying a supplement, get lodging service in the desired hotel if there are available rooms. allcubatravel FlexiDrive page 2/18 Santiago de Cuba International Airport Antonio Maceo You will immediately receive all required information and documentation, including open vouchers to receive lodging service in any of the hotels associated to the program. To make easier moving in Cuba, you will receive a Roadways Map with detailed information about the roads network, distances, hotels location, gas stations, restaurants, airports and other interesting places. You will also receive documentation with useful information, such as the assistance offices all over the country, the lists of hotels included in the program (where delivered vouchers are valid), the location of the main cars service workshops, health care clinics, gas stations and other useful advices. Next you fill out the forms and pick up the car. The assistant will give you advice in the car rental contract signing. CAR RENTAL allcubatravel works together with CUBACAR/REX (state-owned car rental companies). Three car categories may be used be used for this program: ECONOMIC, MEDIUM or FAMILY. See car models and features below. The car will be received by client in any of the CUBACAR/REX offices listed below. When the car is received in an international airport an additional fee of 20 CUC must be paid by client. Car could be dropped off in any of CUBACAR/REX offices around Cuba. If delivered in an office different from the rental office, a drop-off fee must be paid, according to distance. Fees range is from 10 to 130 CUC. Typical fees: Havana Varadero 25 CUC, Havana Santiago 100 CUC. This program does not include gasoline, car guarantee and insurance. These expenses have to be paid by client to the CUBACAR/REX office when signing the rental contract. allcubatravel is not responsible for any violation of the car rental contract made by clients. Clients should carefully read all items of car rental contract, like these: I.1 The car should only be driven by authorized person(s) named in the contract. I.2 There is the possibility of an additional driver for only 3 CUC per day. I.3 The driver(s) must be 21 years old or more. I.4 The driver(s) must show the passport or driver license at the moment of the rent. I.5 The car have to be dropped back in same conditions as it was rented. I.6 The client is responsible for the kind of gasoline use. These cars have to use special gasoline minimum 94 octanes (known as special in Cuba service stations). A guarantee deposit must be paid at car rental. It will be reimbursed at the end of the rental if the car is not damaged.
allcubatravel FlexiDrive page 3/18 LODGING Accommodation is included in double or single standard rooms at any of the listed hotels. Meal plan incliuded in package is BED & BREAKFAST. If hotel is all-inclusive, a supplement will be paid in cash during check-in. Supplement is about 10 CUC, according to hotel category. To find accommodation you should go to any of the hotels to receive lodging service if there is room available. In case of no availability, the desk clerk will look for lodging in nearest hotels. Once the room is confirmed, you will deliver the corresponding lodging voucher(s) during check-in. To secure lodging it is advisable to make a phone call to the hotel some days before arrival to book. The local assistance CUBATUR offices may do this for you without additional cost. In high tourist seasons, it is recommended to book with advance time enough to assure the accommodation at the preferred hotel. allcubatravel shall not refund clients for any unused portions of the trip. Children under 12 are free if sharing rooms with two adults. END OF SERVICE At the end of the program client must deliver the car at any of the CUBACAR car rental outlets located in all main cities and airports of the country. Drop-off location should be stated when starting the program, and when signing the rental contract.

Cuba in Route The Big Island This program of approximately 3000 km requires of at least 14 days to drive along the whole island, from West to East, visiting the main touristic sites in both north and south of the country. Cuba in Route Western Cuba Western Cuba concentrates itself in the occidental provinces (Pinar del Rio, La Habana, Matanzas) and dedicates one week to the main locations of Havana city and Varadero, including many interesting sites in western Cuba. Cuba in Route Central Cuba Central Cuba concentrates itself in the central provinces (Cienfuegos, Villa Clara, Sancti Spiritus) and decicated one week to visit Cienfuefos city, colonial Trinidad, Coco and Guillermo keys, Remedios town and Santa Clara city, including many interesting sites in central Cuba.
