After that, your APR will be prime + 1.99%, currently 5.24%. The 3.9% APR is for the life of the balance transferred and applies to Balance Transfers only. If you no longer qualify for this introductory APR, your APR will be the standard APR for Purchases and will be 5.24%. Both the APR for Purchases and Balance Transfers will vary with the market based on the WSJ Prime Rate. We may end your introductory APR for Purchases and Balance Transfers and apply the APR in effect or the Penalty APR if you make a late payment, exceed your account credit limit, make a payment that is returned or use a convenience check that is not honored. Cash Advance APR: 18.24%. This APR will vary with the market based on the WSJ Prime Rate. Delinquency APR: 24.99% and may be applied to your account if you make a late payment, go over your credit limit, make a payment that is returned or use a convenience check that is not honored. Once your APR are increased for any of these reasons, the Penalty APR may remain in effect indefinitely. The APR s for Purchases, Balance Transfers and Cash Advances are based on the WSJ Prime Rate plus a margin. The rate is calculated monthly by adding the margin applicable to the account to the WSJ Prime Rate. The WSJ Prime Rate means the prime rate published in the "Money Rates" section of the online version of The Wall Street Journal. We determine the WSJ Prime Rate two days prior to the closing date of your Billing Cycle. Changes to the Monthly Periodic Rate and corresponding APR for Purchases will be applied to your existing Account balance and to subsequent transactions effective the first day of the Billing Cycle in which we determine the interest rate. If the Wall Street Journal does not publish a prime rate, or if it changes the definition of the prime rate, we may, at our sole discretion, substitute another index. There is a 21- day grace period for the repayment of the balance of purchases after the close of your billing cycle, provided that the previous account balance is paid in full by its payment due date. We use the Average Daily Balance method, including new purchases, to compute the balance. Minimum finance charge: $1.00. Balance Transfer fee: $5.00 or 4.0% of the total dollar amount of the balance you are transferring, whichever is greater. Convenience Check Fee: $ 5.00 or 4.0% of the total dollar amount, whichever is greater. Cash advance fee: $5.00 or 3.5% of the total dollar amount, whichever is greater. Expedited Card Delivery fee: $30.00. Replacement card fee: $10.00; Closed account fee: $2.50 per month if closed voluntarily. Late Payment Fee: $19.00 if your New Balance is less than $250.00, or $ 39.00 if your New Balance is $250.00 or greater. Returned Payment Fee: $35. For all transactions made outside the United States or a foreign currency, a fee of 3% of the U.S. Dollar amount of each foreign transaction that posts to your account will be assessed.
