Enterprise Reporting Supported Operating Systems and Internet Browsers BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1.7.1 Documentation Version 1.4
Supported Operating Systems and Internet Browsers Multiple choices in Operating Systems and Internet Browsers coupled with the increase in frequency of browser version updates for both Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer has made it difficult for our software vendor to effectively support the newer versions in a timely manner. As a result we have seen increased functionality issues within Enterprise Reporting when using these newer versions. In an effort to combat this challenge and maximize the user experience within Enterprise Reporting, we ask that all users use one of the below listed operating system/browser version combinations for optimal report performance. Additionally, disabling the auto-update feature in your browser will prevent updates to a newer unsupported version.
