Benjamin has almost 20 years experience in manufacturing and business development inclusive of successfully managing the competitiveness building component of a European Development Fund programme within the manufacturing, construction, industrial services and tourism sectors of Trinidad and Tobago and micro-enterprise development in Jamaica. She is a Certified Lean Enterprise Master Practitioner (Norcross, 2008) and has special training in Business Development Services/Facilitation (Brussels 2004 & Glasgow, 2004). She has lectured and tutored on a part-time casual basis at both the UWI and the UTT, respectively, since 1998.
