BASIC FEATURES RENTAL Day & Time Routing TIME OF DAY & DAY OF WEEK ROUTING: Time & Day routing (excluding origin based routing) allows customers to direct calls to Answer Points based on designated times of the day, days of the week or specific dates including weekends and public holidays. 5 Department Number A Department Number allows customer to allocate call costs to specific departments for a single Answer Point (where the Department Number is verifiable). ENHANCED FEATURES RENTAL Origin Based Routing (OBR) Origin based routing allows customer to specify the call collection areas from which the Inbound service can be accessed. It also restricts access to the Inbound service by diverting calls from a specified call collection area to a pre-recorded message. This number is printed on your Master Card & Visa cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is commonly the last 3 digits in the signature area of the card). 8 TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT TO TERMS & CONDITIONS By signing and submitting this application you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions under our standard form of agreement located at.au. Credit checks We may conduct a commercial credit check and a consumer credit check in relation to your application for credit. Please confirm that: 1. If we consider it relevant to assessing your application for commercial credit, you agree to us obtaining from a credit reporting agency a credit report containing consumer credit information about you in relation to commercial credit provided to you. 2. You agree to us obtaining personal information about you from other credit providers that may be named in a credit report, for the purpose of assessing your application for commercial credit. 3. You agree that we may obtain a consumer credit report about you from a credit reporting agency for the purposes of assessing your application for credit and of collecting overdue payments relating to commercial credit owed by you. Transfer Authorization Terms 1. You are the account holder of this DSL service or are authorized by the account holder to transfer this service to Dodo. 2. You understand that it is your responsibility to check the terms of your contract with your current DSL supplier to determine If there will be any consequences under that contract as a result of this transfer (such as an early termination payment). 3.
