WHO WE ARE The Military University of Technology is a primary institution of graduate and continuous education in science, engineering and advanced technologies, acting within the framework of the Polish Ministry of Defence. Research activity of the scientific teams of the MUT includes implementation of the scientific research projects within the following areas: defence against chemical warfare and environmental protection, materials engineering, armament technologies, smart ammunition and explosive technologies, aircraft and missile technologies, computer science engineering and telecommunication systems, computer systems for visualization and simulation of military operations, systems for electronic protection of objects and others. The University cooperates with institutes from more than 20 countries, among them UK, France, Germany, France, Russia, Japan, Australia, and the USA. Our University participates in a number of international research projects and programmes, which are conducted under the auspices of respected NATO s agencies and EU Framework Programs (FP 5th, 6th and 7th). 2

OUR SKILLS DEPARTMENT EXPERTISE: simulation and testing of vehicles behaviour in conditions of accidents, collisions and subjected to blast loadings, multibody analysis of machines/vehicles dynamic, development of rescue technologies based on unmanned vehicles and devices, development of the new bulletproof technologies (clothing, armour, etc.) 4
