Oil & Gas and Industrial Applications Services Innovation Highlights 360 support for our equipment Life Time Extension for SGT-100 and SGT-200 Parametric Impeller Design Program Upgrades Improved Last Stage Blades 100k to 150k hours for major components (i.e. casings, rotor discs and shafts). Providing the benefit of reducing the rate of parts consumed over the product life cycle and reduction of NCC s* generated in the field. * NCC = Non Conformance Costs Automation of the impeller manufacturing process by utilising NX to enable fast and precise generation of drawings with a minimum of drafting by engineering. Reduction of required drafting hours by 75 % for each impeller generated. Continuous efficiency, power output & emissions upgrades: SGT-600: +extra 1.5 MW Power & 0.5% p.p. efficiency at +45 ºC hot ambient condition, NOx reduction from 25 to 15 ppm. For the existing high-performance Last Stage Blades of SST-300 (partly) and SST-400 an upgraded type of blades is available. The new type will be able to operate at a wider range of vacuum conditions while maintaining optimum performance. Continuous development to strengthen our customers position. Page 8
