Providing the benefit of reducing the rate of parts consumed over the product life cycle and reduction of NCC s* generated in the field. * NCC = Non Conformance Costs Automation of the impeller manufacturing process by utilising NX to enable fast and precise generation of drawings with a minimum of drafting by engineering. Reduction of required drafting hours by 75 % for each impeller generated. Continuous efficiency, power output & emissions upgrades: SGT-600: +extra 1.5 MW Power & 0.5% p.p. efficiency at +45 ºC hot ambient condition, NOx reduction from 25 to 15 ppm. For the existing high-performance Last Stage Blades of SST-300 (partly) and SST-400 an upgraded type of blades is available. The new type will be able to operate at a wider range of vacuum conditions while maintaining optimum performance. Continuous development to strengthen our customers position. Page 8

Prognostic capability to detect early dangerous conditions, hiding incipient potential failures or trips, much earlier than the control & protection system activation, to optimize the equipment reliability.
