Roddy Sage, Executive Chairman Roddy is an associate member of the Institute of Taxation, with over thirty years experience in accounting, international tax planning and investment structuring, enhanced by considerable knowledge of cross-border, onshore and offshore transactions. In his earlier career, he spent over twenty years with a Big Four accountancy firm, fourteen of which were as a partner, including ten years as the Senior Tax Partner for Hong Kong and China. Roddy co-founded AFP Holdings Limited in 2004, a corporate services and taxation advisory group in Hong Kong. The company built strong partnerships in Asia and Europe and provided market entry expertise to Asian countries. Debby Davidson, Managing Director Debby has over twelve years experience in international financial services. V. Johann Espiritu, Director Johann has over fifteen years international legal and business experience.
