Loveurope Online Operating Platform (LOOP) The Loveurope Online Operating Platform (LOOP) is our central client MIS portal. Standard functionality and features are offered to all contracted clients as part of our service commitment. Specific development and bespoke integration outside of standard functionality is offered to all clients and is costed and charged on a project-by-project where appropriate. LOOP is our powerful MRM system developed internally to meet the complex needs of brands and their agencies in a smart and simple way. LOOP delivers campaign visibility to marketing teams, streamlines the workflow and touchpoints across the marketing and creative development process. Provides briefing, approval and delivery, whilst tracking every step of the process, creating efficiencies in terms of cost and time. Built on robust technology and highly secure, it is used by many global brands such as Nikon, L Oréal, BSkyB, Vertu, VW and LVMH to manage their marketing process across discipline and region. LOOP is scalable and built to engage the audience, share and repurpose information, reduce lead-times and provide full accountability. It improves the day-to-day marcom processes and empowers marketeers.

Reports of all activity can be tailored to pinpoint the exact needs of marketing and procurement. All third-party costs are stored centrally and tracked against approved budget.
Digital Asset Management (DAM) The Asset Library is a powerful central tool for storing valuable marketing material and data, that is fully integrated into the LOOP platform. Being able to locate and retrieve assets from digital, print and broadcast projects is highly valuable in today s digital world. All assets have detailed metadata embedded allowing automatic workflow usage control, watermarking of expired assets and lock down of non-licensed materials. Annotation tools are provided across all print material and on a frame-by-frame basis for post and digital files. Video review can be storyboarded and timestamped to allow complex annotation and peer-to-peer review of creative assets. Images and videos can be stored, converted and resized to most file formats and made globally accessible for download or ordered by users, subsidiaries, and even resellers.
Technical Specifications Portals LOOP provides access to our online media specification database for our agency partners and clients production studios. LOOP holds the technical specification information for over 10,000 global publications and adservers. System controls ensure that publication data cannot be downloaded or used unless they are validated and verified. Additionally we maintain central databases of specifications for mainstream international OOH formats which incorporate print guidelines, managing tolerances, safe areas, finished sizes, print substrates and special production requirements (folding instructions etc). Production Schedule Tracking We can build bespoke production systems for our clients within LOOP. This allows you to automate and track the production of your advertising from schedule to publication. Agency production teams can build studio artwork schedules, upload artwork into our colour management workflows, confirm approval of ad-release and track their files to media owner in real-time.
Ad Builder LOOP offers online adaptation of complex templates to create material that is on brand and ready to print. Whether responding to a tactical need or a local requirement material, for press and print can be created simply and securely. Users and material would be mapped to specific Brands or Product Groups so that the right templates are available and content locked down to ensure key elements cannot be changed. Briefing LOOP allows project briefs to be pushed directly into the platform by the user. As part of this briefing process pertinent asset management is provided to allow the project creator to search and locate templates, thumbnails and assign these to a specific project. When face-to-face meetings are not always possible, or a brief needs to be amended this tool saves time and reduces cost. Global, region and local digital rights management can be scripted into the briefing process to ensure only approved users and approved assets can be briefed.
Approval Managing the complexities of approval is vitally important to ensure work flows smoothly and deadlines are managed. Built into our system are tools that provide fast and simple approval. Online mark-up and commenting on material are highly effective for off-site or remote use. Supporting multiple file types across Post, Print and Digital, LOOP enables users to circulate files and documents to annotate, comment, approve and invite colleagues into projects. Approval loops can be pre-defined or simply created by the user, and all corrections and comments can be attached directly to the document, and logged and saved. Version control allows the user to monitor complex projects, such as retouching where a full audit from initial international master to finished image is tracked and detailed. User groups can be set to allow linear or multiple approval, ensuring local interaction underpinned by central control.
Reporting lovegroup are believers that financial visibility is a must. LOOP offers a full financial and activity audit trail for each step of the process. The key markers of projects such as cost creep, right first time, revision count, change requests, deadlines achieved would be built into structured reporting that can be supplied as part of standard monthly report packs or generated on the fly. Reporting templates would be configured to the specific user to ensure pertinent results are always delivered. The system will generate purchase orders to third-party vendors as well as final invoices and any specific accounting reports. This data can be pushed into client finance systems via a secure link or API. Security The security of our clients data is vitally important to us, our LOOP platform is located across data centres in London on Tier 3 hosting facilities that comply to ISO standards. User groups can be set to allow linear or multiple approval, ensuring local interaction underpinned by central control. Client site hosting provides the following: UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Back-up power generator Temperature and humidity control Automatic fire detection and fire extinguishing Security systems to prevent unauthorised access (biometric access control, surveillance cameras and intrusion alarms) Direct fibre connection to the internet backbone, unlimited traffic + 100 MBit Internet peak connection speed Redundant external back-up system via TSM. User Management Users can be added to the LOOP platform simply and securely against pre-set user profiles that dictate user rights and privileges within the platform. This allows us to manage the needs of day-to-day project users against those of Senior Business Managers. Profiles and user data can be used for project reporting and audit. Two user access levels are provided with time limited password refreshes: Strong password includes uppercase and lowercase characters, punctuation marks and numbers. Login name and password cannot be identical. Standard password must have at least 6 characters including numbers. We provide an IP blacklist feature, which blocks a specific IP address after a set number of failed login attempts, to prevent account brute-forcing and DDOS attacks against the system. The LOOP system is built on an industry standard JSP platform with API connectivity. We are able to develop specific integration paths into many of our clients resident MIS, DAM and finance systems. In addition we can work with specialist development experts to build extensions and plug-ins for Adobe InDesign applications, allowing integration with agency studio workflows. Any specific integration would require a full scoping, business process mapping and costing review based around a set of clear requirements and objectives defined to meet the precise needs of our clients.
