Any other business No other business was offered. 4. Minutes of previous meeting The Committee agreed the minutes from the 19 February 2015 Committee meeting. 5. NICE s advisory body guide to declaring a conflict of interest The Chairman drew the Committee s attention to NICE s Advisory Body Quick Guide for declaring conflicts of interest, the selection and routing criteria and the equalities statement. 6. MT241 UroLift System for the treatment of symptoms of urinary outflow obstruction secondary to benign prostatic hyperplasia Draft Guidance Mr Andrew Thorpe and Mr Neil Barber declared a personal pecuniary non-specific interest for this technology. The Chair clarified that Prof Thomas McNicholas has a personal pecuniary specific interest in this technology Introduced by Paul Knox, Andrew Thorpe and Neil Barber. 11:45 Part 2 closed session commenced (members of the public asked to leave the meeting) The Committee then made draft recommendations on the technology. 12:25 break 12:30 Meeting resumed 7.
