With the San Gally Park project, Raiffeisen evolution develops a multifunctional complex which combines high quality office and retail premises. CONTINUING THE ADVANTAGES OF THE PAST San Gally Park will cover more than two hectares of land in the center of historical St. Petersburg on Ligovskiy Prospekt, close to Moscow Train Station and Nevskiy Prospekt. The land plot includes several historical buildings which at one time belonged to the entrepreneur Franz San Gally. The factory and mansion owned by Mr. San Gally in the second half of the 19 th century were part of a large complex which was the first experiment in Russia at unifying an industrial and residential environment. Several historical buildings of the former San Gally factory complex will fit organically into the infrastructure of the new San Gally Park project after being restored. LAYING A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR THE FUTURE San Gally Park is located in a district with a well-developed infrastructure. Ligovskiy Prospekt is a large transportation artery which connects the southern and central parts of the city. The complex is located right beside the Moscow Train Station. Saint Petersburg's International Airport Pulkovo is only a 30 minutes drive by car. COMBINING LEISURE AND BUSINESS The retail part of the project offers a total area of over 7,000 m² which will be located on the ground floor of the development.
