Under the current policy of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), graduates of these courses are permitted to take the APC of HKIS. These courses are also registered with the Hong Kong Non-local Courses Registry (NCR). It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualification to which these courses may lead. These courses are eligible courses under the Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme. Many thanks to CEM for creating such an excellent method for studying that enabled me to achieve all my goals. You can check your tariff points online at www.ucas.com/tariff Applicants with one of the following qualifications are also eligible for entry: Associate Degree Professional Diploma Professional Certificate. All applicants are required to demonstrate an English proficiency at IELTS 6.0 (with 5.5 in the reading and writing modules) or HKDSE Grade 3 in English Language. Higher Diploma Award: All BSc (Hons) degrees Duration: 2-4½ years (dependent upon entry qualifications) Time commitment: 15-20 hours of study a week for 42 weeks per year Dates: Apply by 01 September 2015 to start 28 September 2015 Apply by 07 March 2016 to start 04 April 2016 Fees: 980 per module
cem.ac.uk. 08 Credit transfer (exemptions) If you have studied a related qualification* to an equivalent or higher academic level you may be able to transfer credits to one of our BSc Programmes. The amount of credit you can transfer will depend on your qualification: Qualification Credit transfer (exemptions) CEM BSc Programme duration and cost Associate Degree / Higher Diploma Applicants with a related Associate Degree or Higher Diploma can transfer 200 credits to one of our BSc Programmes. This is a total of 10 module exemptions. Duration: 2 years Cost: 6,860 (7 modules) Professional Diploma Applicants with a related Professional Diploma can transfer a total of 120 credits to one of our BSc Programmes. This is a total of 6 module exemptions. Duration: 3 years Cost: 10,780 (11 modules) * A related qualification is one awarded in a surveying, building, or construction management discipline.

They are mapped against the RICS pathways.
