Abot the The enables the rapid transition of managers into self-directed leaders throgh a combination of two learning phases delivered across six months. The program commences with the Accelerated Learning Phase, an intensive six week period that eqips participants with the knowledge and behavioral insights reqired for sccessfl leadership. The program then moves into the Action, Reflection & Mastery Phase, a twelve week focs on embedding and fnctionalising new learnings as real world behavior and action. Who is the program for? Whilst the program generates exceptional otcomes across wide ranging levels of management it is primarily designed for optimal impact at two levels: Emerging and high potential women managers seeking to fast track their leadership development. Existing mid-level women managers seeking to accelerate their management performance as welleqipped and competent leaders. Most cohorts will inclde a limited nmber of established senior women managers seeking a more ronded nderstanding of the behavioral dynamics of effective leadership and their own capacity for leadership excellence. Program Methodology Informed by the globally respected principles of applied and accelerated learning, the focs on practical knowledge, preparation and self- directed real world application generate the sccess oriented behaviors, self-belief and emotional agility reqired for leadership excellence at all levels. The six week Accelerated Learning Phase of the program interweaves intensive workshops and short projects that prepare stdents to rapidly actalise learnings and insights as real world sccess-oriented behaviors. The 12 week Action, Reflection & Mastery Phase of the program sees participants take fll accontability for their progress and their performance as a leader. ACCELERATED PERFORMANCE PROJECT Dring the initial six week Accelerated Learning Phase, participants are briefed on a weekly Accelerated Performance Project. With the prpose of nlocking higher performance each project compels participants to actalise workshop learnings in the real work setting. PERSONAL ACTION PLAN - ACTION, REFLECTION & PLANNING The capacity to self-evalate, plan and swiftly impel oneself to action is integral to effective leadership. The Personal Action Plan & Action Planning Projects provide an ncomplicated weekly discipline that empowers a high performing manager that leads with clarity, consistency and focs. Across the program the Personal Action Plan is embedded as a rotine activity, vitally important in sstaining management excellence. ACTION, REFLECTION AND MASTERY WORKSHOPS Action, Reflection & Mastery Workshops bild pon the fondation knowledge of the initial six week Accelerated Learning Phase. The overarching prpose of the Action, Reflection & Mastery Workshops is to ensre that key learnings, especially those of a theoretical natre, are contextalised into the practicalities of the participants real world setting. The Action, Reflection & Mastery Workshops provide an important platform for participants to reconnect with their program peers and reengage with key learnings throgh sharing their niqe developmental experiences. ACCELERATED MANAGEMENT ADVISORY SERVICE Throghot the, participants have complimentary access to the expertise of the Senior Faclties of Women & Leadership Astralian and the Astralian School of Applied Management via the Accelerated Management Advisory Service. National All-Indstry Scholarship Fnding Program Scholarship fnding is crrently available to all sectors for 2015 program intakes. Accordingly all prospective stdents enrolling for 2015 programs are entitled to apply for the $4,500 sbsidy to ndertake the via the National All-Indstry Scholarship Fnding Initiative. The scholarship redces the Program fee to $3,990. The National All-indstry Scholarship Fnding Program is a collaborative initiative of Women & Leadership Astralia and the Astralian School of Applied Management. The initiative has been established with the overarching ambition of enabling women from all indstries eqitable access to the world class. National Scholarship Program As part of the Astralian School of Applied Management s long-term commitment to strengthening the qality of management in Astralia, a national scholarship program has been established to provide significant off -sets against specified program fees. The primary prpose of the scholarship program is to make high standard management leadership training accessible to managers from all indstries and locations. The initiative also seeks to elevate the participation levels of women managers in high level management/leadership training. In some instances scholarship fnding may also be awarded to an organisation, spporting the participation of a particlar management cohort.
