Company Overview Mercer Property Partners ( MPP ) through its related companies is a real estate investment company that provides development, construction management, and property management services to its investment partners, and owners in various Central NJ markets. MPP is singularly focused on Trenton real estate acquisition, management and redevelopment. The MPP team has over 100 years of combined experience, having developed and managed over 5,000,000 sq. ft. of office, commercial and residential space.
Principal D. Justin Massimo Prior to founding Mercer Property Partners, Justin Massimo worked in Trenton redevelopment for the last 8 years. He worked on the Vista Center Project, Chambers Lofts, and various other stages of planned development projects in Trenton. Justin Massimo has been involved in the Development and Construction Industry for over 16 years. He has served in various capacities at several different construction companies including Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Vice President of Operations. Justin has been involved in or managed over $25 Million Dollars in residential and commercial construction. These projects include Windsor Nissan, Saturn of Toms River, various Princeton area school renovations, multiple State of NJ contract renovations, as well as large custom homes and large residential developments in and around the Princeton, NJ area. A recognized leader, Justin serves on a number of local and professional organizations. He is a board member of the Trenton Area YMCA Y5K since its inception and is actively involved with several Sigma Phi Epsilon national and local advisory committees. He is also a member of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce. Justin is a 1999 graduate of The Lawrenceville School, and a 2004 graduate of Southern Methodist University.
Executive Team Regan C. Kenyon, Jr., Esq. Mr. Kenyon serves as MPP s in-house counsel, admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2006. He is a former clerk for the New Jersey State Supreme Court. In private practice as well as in an in-house counsel role, Mr. Kenyon has specialized in real estate, commercial and corporate law. S. Leonard DiDonato S. Leonard DiDonato is an expert in construction project management, contract administration and contract dispute settlement. Mr. DiDonato has more than 50 years of experience in the construction industry and has been involved in all aspects of industrial, commercial and institutional project planning, design, and construction. Mr. DiDonato held numerous management positions including Senior Vice President with Hill International and Director of the New Jersey Division of Building and Construction where he administered and oversaw building projects in excess of $3 billion including the Philadelphia Convention Center, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex (Trenton), the Niagara Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant, Williamstown High School, CCMUA Big Timber sewer collection system and numerous other projects of all types. Mr. DiDonato has been honored as New Jersey s Master Builder by former Governor Brendan T. Byrne and as Construction Man of the Year by the Subcontractors Association, American Concrete Institute and the Society of American Military Engineers.
Management Portfolio In House Property Management Mercer Property Partners currently manages over 50 residential and retail units for it s various investment partners, with the goal of acquiring and managing over 200 units in the next two years. They manage rental lead generation, leasing, inspections, daily management, maintenance, construction projects, move outs, and apartment turnovers. Property Management Clients Mercer Property Partners currently manages over 35 residential and retail units for various independent owners, with the goal of managing over 200 units for independent owners in the next two years.
