Drip Marketing Campaign Manual Released May 2006

Manual for Drip Marketing Campaign: Getting Started 1. Log into www.graphicaldata.com. 2. Hold cursor over the Tools tab. 3. Click on Drip Marketing Campaign.

Drip Marketing Campaign Main Page Creating a New Drip Campaign 1. Click on the Create a Drip Campaign link 2. Type in desired Campaign Title in text box provided.

Setting Monthly Delivery Interval 1. Default option is Monthly. 2. Set how long you would like your campaign to last...maximum of 24 months. 3. Choose which day of the month you would like your e-mails to be sent.

Setting Weekly Delivery Interval 1. To select the Weekly delivery option, simply place your mouse cursor over the circle in front of it and press the left mouse button. 2. Set how long you would like your campaign to last...maximum of 24 weeks. 3. Choose which day of the week you would like your e-mails to be sent.

Setting Daily Delivery Interval 1. To select the Daily delivery option, simply place your mouse cursor over the circle in front of it and press the left mouse button. 2. Set how long you would like your campaign to last...maximum of 14 days.

Create Drip Campaign Campaign Completion Notices 1. Default option is On. To disable this function simply place the cursor over the circle in front of Off and press the left mouse button. Continue to Step 2 1. When you have set the options to your liking click on the Continue to Step 2 button.

Create a Campaign - Step 2 Select a Style 1. Left click on a style template of your liking. Your drip campaign e-mails will be sent with this format.

Create a Campaign - Step 3 Select a Color 1. If you chose a Generic style you will be directed to the following page where you can select a color for the letterhead of your template. If the Office Campaign Style was selected you will proceed directly to the next step. 2. Click your left mouse button on the page with the color that you desire.

Edit a Drip Campaign Stage 1 1. To edit campaign stage 1, left click on Stage 1, (Edit Stage Subject) or the edit pencil relative to that stage. 2. Take notice of the status of your campaign s stage completion.

Please click on the question mark icon if you have any questions about the explanations and functions of icons 2. In the blue bordered edit content section, include what you want your e-mail to say. Please click on the question mark icon if you have any questions about the explanations and functions of icons 3. When you are satisfied with your content, left click on the Update Content Button

Edit a Drip Campaign Completion 1. If you want to add another stage click on Add a New Drip Campaign Stage. This is your last chance to add a stage 2. To change the title of your campaign click on Change the Drip Campaign Title. 3. Click on View the Drip Campaign Style to view your template e-mail style. 4. If you want to change the style of your template click on Change the Drip Campaign Style 5. To view or e-mail yourself a preview of a stage click the appropriate links. 6. If you d like to change the content of a stage click on the edit pencil icon for that stage. 7. Click on the arrows to change the order of the stages. This is your last chance to change the order of stages 8. To delete a stage click on the trash can icon for that particular stage. 9. Click on the circle in front of On or Off to change whether or not you want to receive Campaign Completion Notices and then click on the Update Campaign Completion Preferences button. 10. When you are satisfied with your settings, click on Click to mark Completed. 10 5. 1. 6. 7. 8. 2. 3. 9. 4.

Edit a Drip Campaign Completion Confirmation 1. To confirm that the campaign is complete click on the OK button. If you want to change the order or number of stages in your campaign click on the Cancel button. View Your Campaign In order to change the order of the stages or to add more stages you must cancel the campaign by selecting Cancel Drip Campaign to Add More Stages and you will be redirected to the Edit a Drip Campaign Completion page.

Campaign Management Main Page 1. To edit an existing campaign click on the icon with the white check mark in the green circle. 2. If you d like to view an existing campaign click on the page with magnifying glass icon. 3. To setup your contact list of a campaign click on the wrench icon. 4. To delete an existing campaign click on the garbage can icon. 5. Click on Create a Drip Campaign to develop a new campaign 6. To track e-mails sent to users and users who have completed the campaign click on Track Your Drip Campaigns 7. To import a template campaign click on Import a Drip Campaign. This section is currently being developed. 8. To access this manual click on Drip Campaign Help 5. 6. 1. 2. 3. 4. 7. 8.

Drip Campaign Setup 1. The groups that show up under the Add a Recipient Group are tied directly to your address book groups list. 2. If you have not created any groups click on the Address Book button on the top of the page and either transfer contacts to an existing group or create a new group and add contacts. 3. The groups will now show up in the dropdown menu. Select the desired group and click on the Add Group button. 4. Once you have added groups you can edit the contacts by clicking on the pencil icon. 5. To delete a group from the campaign click on the garbage can icon. 4. 5.

Tracking Campaigns 1. After clicking on Track Your Drip Campaign you will be directed to the page below that will list all completed campaigns and a some relevant stats associated with it. 2. For more specific details click on Sample Drip Campaign or Details and a page similar to the one below will show up listing stats for Incomplete Campaign Recipients. 3. To view your Completed Campaign Recipients click on Click Here to Show Complete Campaign Recipients

Importing a Template Campaign 1. Below shows a campaign template that has been created by our designers and it will also give you an option to import a campaign you have already completed. 2. To view the details of a campaign click on the page and magnifying glass icon. 3. If you want to use a campaign simply click on the green plus sign icon. 2. 3. 4. If you want to change the campaign title type it into the text box. 5. When finished click on the Import Drip Campaign button. 4. 5.

Editing Imported Campaign 1. Once you have imported the campaign the Edit a Drip Campaign page will show up and allow you to make changes to it. 2. When finished, select Click to Mark Completed 2. Congratulations!!!! Now sit back and let the program do all the work.
