YOUR WORK-LIFE BALANCE PAID ANNUAL LEAVE At Great-West Financial, you will experience our commitment to work-life balance. New full-time employees start accruing Paid Annual Leave (PAL) on their date of hire. In addition, each calendar year we provide nine paid holidays plus up to three floating holidays to use at your discretion. EMPLOYEE MATCH PROGRAM Great-West Financial strives to make corporate citizenship a priority in the communities where we do business and to support employees in their charitable activities. Financial Match and Workplace Giving Programs match personal contributions made to nonprofits dollar-for-dollar ($5,000 annual maximum) Volunteer and Fundraising Match Program matches the time employees volunteer at eligible organizations at an hourly rate of $10 per hour, as well as money raised by employees dollar-for-dollar ($1,500 annual maximum)

YOUR RETIREMENT... YOUR SECURITY 401(k) RETIREMENT SAVINGS The Company s 401(k) plan offers immediate vesting of Company-matched funds and numerous investment options from which to choose. Eligible to participate on the first day of the month coincident with or following your date of hire (21 years of age and older) You will be automatically enrolled at 3% of your salary with the option to opt out Company match of 50 cents on the dollar for the first 8% of your salary that you contribute on a pre-tax or Roth basis Matched funds are immediately vested Make contributions as pre-tax, after-tax or Roth Administered by Great-West Financial ADVISORY SERVICES FOR YOUR 401(k) PLAN Reality Investing Advisory Services is a behavior-based approach to investing that provides investment advisory tools and services based upon the level of involvement you desire in managing your investments. You can choose as much or as little help as you need. Advised Assets Group, LLC (AAG), a wholly owned subsidiary of Great- West Life & Annuity Insurance Company, offers Reality Investing Advisory Services to all 401(k) participants. Reality Investing Advisory Services includes Online Investment Guidance, Online Investment Advice, and the Managed Account service for those who would prefer to have AAG, a highly experienced and qualified investment advisory firm, manage their 401(k) account. LIFE INSURANCE The Company provides life insurance coverage (1 times annual salary) and basic accidental death and dismemberment insurance (AD&D) of $5,000 at no cost to you. Additional low-cost life insurance is available for you and your family. You can elect an additional benefit of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, or 5.0 times your annual salary in optional life insurance Coverage increases as your salary increases Dependent life insurance is also available up to $100,000 for spouse/$10,000 for each eligible child Optional accidental death and dismemberment insurance is also available at low-cost rates to all benefit-eligible employees up to $250,000 Guaranteed supplemental life insurance for up to 1.5 times your salary without proof of Evidence of Insurability (EOI) DISABILITY PROTECTION A short-term disability (STD) program (including maternity leave) and basic long-term disability (LTD) insurance coverage are provided at no cost to you. Supplemental LTD insurance coverage can be purchased on a pre-tax basis.
