2 GUIDELINES FOR DIGITAL SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS 2.1 Precondition MS package Microsoft Office/Word 2007 or 2010 required. The documents need to be saved in the.docx format. 2.2 Guidelines Digital signing of documents in MS Word 2010 Open the document in MS Word 2010. On the notification for digital signing, click OK.
