How To Create Aweber List & Follow Up Emails Step 1 Login to Aweber Go to http://aweber.com/?316320. Now enter your customer login (affiliate ID) and password, then click on Login To My Account (image of Aweber homepage below). Step 2 Create A New List To create a new list please click on Create and Manage Lists

Next you need to click on Create A List You will be then taken to this page where you have to fill in some personal details. You can see what we have put into the boxes but please use your own information.

When you click Next Step you ll be then taken here Please make sure that you click on Next Step.

This is the next step in the create a list sequence (Approve Your Confirmation Message) You DO NOT need to change anything on this page as your subscribers will not see this page due to the sequence which we ve created for the sign up process. Simply click on Approve Message & Create List.

You will now have to again click on Create and Manage Lists. Now you need to scroll down to find the list that you have just set up (see image below). Please click on the blue link (list name).

Within the Basic Settings you will now see a new list name that Aweber will automatically create for you (see image below) Please note that underneath your new list name is a Unique List ID. You will need to take note of this as this is the code that needs to be added to your sales funnel (exact unique list ID) in order for your sales funnel to be linked to your Aweber list. Please do not add your list name to the sales funnel. In the List Description you can enter some brief text that will only be seen by your sign ups if they wish to unsubscribe from your list as they might be signed up to a few of your lists but they can recognise which list they are unsubscribing. (this is optional)

Then click on Save Settings (see image below)

When you have clicked on Save Settings you then need to click on Confirmed Opt In Please then scroll down to 2 Require Opt In on Web Forms (see image below) then click Save Settings

Step 3 Adding Your Follow Up Emails When adding your follow up emails you firstly need to click on Messages When you have clicked on Messages you will then be taken to the Follow Ups Messages page. You will now need to click on Campaign Sharing (see image below)

To make your life easier we have created our very own Aweber campaign codes that will allow you to load all of our follow up emails at once. All you need to do is copy the correct code for the products list that you are working on. You then need to paste the campaign code into the Use a predefined campaign by entering the campaign code (see below) Then click Load Campaign (it normally takes between 30 seconds to load all the emails so please be patient)

After about 30 seconds you should see a list of emails that have now been loaded. You now need to edit each of the emails in turn. You will need to start from the first email in the series. Click edit which is just underneath the email subject (see below)

All the text and images will preload and therefore you will ONLY need to edit Your Affiliate Link and Your Name. Find out how below: All the emails will have our affiliate links ending in (2) and Pauls name to sign off with. You will need to change these to your own in order for the sign ups to be taken through your affiliate links throughout ICR. (see how to do this below) This will be the 1 st email in the MOBE follow up email series

Please double click (left hand side of your mouse) on the body of the email (highlighted in red above).

You will have to change the affiliate link and name to your own (see the red arrows on the image below) Simply highlight the link in the email and click delete on your computer. You will then see this (no link) You will now have to add your affiliate link which you can get by clicking on this link http://innercircleriches.com/members/tracking-analytics.php and selecting the product that you are working on and then clicking on Access Analytics.

Please copy and paste your link into the area that you ve just removed our affiliate link from (see below) You will notice that this link isn t live as it s not turned blue. To do this you must highlight the full affiliate link and then click on the link icon (chain) just above the email that you re working on (see image below)

When you click on the link icon please wait until Aweber validates the link (Aweber will confirm with the word Valid) see below. When you have edited the follow up email you then need to scroll down, on the right hand side click Save and then Next. (see below) After you have clicked next you are then taken to a new page (see below). You now need to click on the Save and Exit button.

You will now be taken back to the follow up email where you need to carry on editing until all of the follow up emails are complete. PLEASE NOTE that we have created the emails to go out within a specific timeframe. We strongly recommend that you leave this is alone but you are free to change this if you wish to do so. If you wish to test that your emails are working then you can do this by clicking on Send a Test which is next to the edit button on each follow up email. (see below)

When you click on send a test it will show this pop up box 1. You need to enter your email address in the box provided. 2. If you click on the small arrow there will be a drop down where you can select which email you wish to send. If you wish to check that all of the follow up emails are working then click on Send All Messages. 3. Using Personalization Please enter your first name. 4. Click Send Test. All the emails that you have chosen will now be sent to the email address that you have chosen. In order for your sales funnel to be linked to your Aweber list you need to add your Aweber list name to your sales funnel. You can do this by going to the Inner Circle Riches members area here http://innercircleriches.com/members and clicking on Sales Funnels > Funnel Settings.

Please then select the Sales Funnel that you are working on from the Current Inner Circle Sales Funnels list. Please click on Configure Now.

PLEASE NOTE that I am only showing click on MOBE/MTTB Business Opportunity for explanation purposes only.

You now need to add the list name that you ve just created in Aweber to the Step 1: Aweber box provided (see below) When you have added your list name you then need to click Save Settings.

Please make sure that all the Steps on your sales funnel are complete and then test that everything is working by clicking on your affiliate link and then signing up usingyour personal details. You can get your affiliate links by clicking on this link http://innercircleriches.com/members/tracking-analytics.php and selecting the product that you are working on and then clicking on Access Analytics. Your Sales Funnel should now be complete with your Aweber emails coming into effect when someone enters their email address and signs up through your affiliate link.
