Inverter Field Service Technician II This position requires extensive travel when in the field. When Inverter Field Service Technicians do not have field assignments they are assigned to the factory s test department or technical support. Analyze and service industrial bi-directional inverters in the field or end customer s facility. Onsite installation of new inverters and support integration with customer controls, DC sources (battery, PV), and AC feeds (grid, load). Provide recommendations regarding which products or services best fit the customers' needs. Identify areas for product improvement. Provide training on product maintenance. Perform a variety of tasks with a certain degree of creativity and latitude. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures required to service power conversion equipment. Basic knowledge of control circuits associated with the product line within a particular field needed. Must be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must have a good working knowledge of single and 3-phase power systems and a good working knowledge of IGBT based power conversion topology. Experience required in the use of basic mechanical hand tools and electrical test equipment used for maintenance and measurement of line frequency power circuits (i.e. DVM, current measurement of AC and DC circuits, oscilloscope, power and energy measurement equipment) is required. Experience with medium voltage powers system is helpful. The ability to perform most functions without assistance is necessary. Requires a 2 year technical degree or the equivalent, as well as 3-5 years of experience in the power electronic conversion field or in related area.

Inverter Test Technician- Level 2 General Description: Inspect, test and repair Dynapower bi-directional inverters, and other power supply products, transformers and subassemblies. Rework, upgrade and repair field returned products. Understand, promote and practice safety within the workplace Essential Functions: Demonstrate the ability to: Perform all functions of a level 3 in this job task Perform all skills as outlined in the Computer Skills document (Document A) Verify new test procedures for engineering Have an advanced understanding of electronics and the ability to test and inspect more complicated Dynapower products Build test jigs and fixtures Understand how the inverters are used in real world applications (see the big picture) Perform testing work which is more complex than that performed by Level 3 Test Technicians, requiring greater skill and judgment to interpret and evaluate test conditions and results. Capable of testing inverter control and power modules, Compact Power Systems inverters, Micro Power System inverters, and/or PowerSkid inverters with minimal supervision. Keep area organized, safe and clean to work in Answer questions and assist all level 3 employees Perform all other duties as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Observes all safety and plant regulations Must meet physical demands of job as described in job task documentation Must be able to read and interpret engineering prints and parts list Must have a working knowledge of AC/DC theory, Ohm s Law and be familiar with 3 phase power. Must be able to read electronic and electrical diagrams. Able to visualize final product and infer assembly detail from engineering documentation. Able to read and interpret various measuring instruments Possess good interpersonal skills

Payroll Clerk/Receptionist This position will assist the Human Resources Administrator in the process of the weekly hourly payroll and other HR functions for the hourly employees as well as fill in as Receptionist in the main lobby on a part time weekly basis. Embedded Systems Engineer Key engineer responsible for the design & integration of complex digital embedded communication and control systems, associated software and digital communication protocols for use with a family of power conversion products with Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) controls. Software code employed to perform these responsibilities include C, C derivatives, VHDL, Python, LabView and latter logic (RSLogix). Responsible for the specification writing, support of the overall design and testing of electronic control and monitoring systems. 1) 5 years experience in writing, prototyping and testing embedded communication and control software and associated algorithms. 2) 2 years experience in software and schematic design. 3) 2 years experience in the use of laboratory test equipment and emulators 4) Knowledge and experience of C+, Labview, Assembly environment/language Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Applied Math

Sales Engineer Industrial Systems Responsible for the sale of large AC & DC power conversion systems and transformers ranging in size from 50kw to 5MW. These systems include Thyristor, IGBT Switching Rectifier (Chopper), Switchmode and Diode technologies for the Electrochemical, Electrowinning, surface finishing, battery formation and heavy industry for a national and international clientele. An understanding of conversion technologies as applied to the power conversion is an asset in this position. include supporting the existing client base and the development of new opportunities for the application of the company s power conversion technologies. is responsible for the development of technical and commercial proposals in accordance with the customer specifications including contract documents, initial cost analysis and account management. An understanding of the various power conversion systems that have been used in the surface finishing, electrochemical and heavy industries is required. An understanding of the manufacturing of power conversion systems and a solid sales background in power electronic engineered products for high dollar value projects is a requirement. Excellent English language skills, both written and oral are a necessity in this position. These skills need to include the understanding of technical specifications, drawings, tender documents, preparation/development of cost estimates, written proposals and sales presentations of both a technical & commercial nature. Microsoft suite of PC programs is a requirement. Experience Proven experience in the field of Power Electronics, specifically in power conversion techniques, product application and improvements, sales/warranty administration and the implementation of organizational business strategies as they apply to the sale of the company s products. An understanding of the various power conversion systems that have been used in the mining, electrochemical and heavy industries is required. An understanding of the manufacturing of power conversion systems and a solid sales background in power electronic engineered products for high dollar value projects is a preferred. These skills need to include the understanding of technical specifications, drawings, tender documents, preparation/development of cost estimates, written proposals and sales presentations of both a technical & commercial nature. Experience Proven experience in the field of Power Electronics, specifically in high power conversion techniques, product application, sales/warranty administration and the implementation of strategies as they apply to the sale of the company s products. They should have proven skills in interfacing with customers, business units and product managers, and proven success in achieving corporate objectives and customer satisfaction. Individual needs to be a structured and organized self-starter who can work independently as well as in the team environment. This position requires national and international travel. An understanding of the manufacturing of power conversion systems and a solid sales background in power electronic or custom engineered products for high dollar value projects is a requirement. Excellent English language skills, both written and oral are a necessity in this position. These skills need to include the understanding of technical specifications, drawings, tender documents, reparation/development of cost estimates, written proposals and sales presentations of both a technical & commercial nature. Microsoft suite of PC programs is a requirement. Experience Proven capitol sales experience, ideally power conversion equipment, product application and improvements, sales/warranty administration and the implementation of organizational business strategies as they apply to the sale of the company s products is necessary. Vermont based is preferred but flexibility exists over location with relocation paid.
