Changing people s behaviour is not easy at the best of times, changing their superannuation behaviour is even harder. This presentation will take us through what psychologist and advertiser, Adam Ferrier understands about behaviour change. Ferrier will share the behaviour change model developed by his agency, Naked Communications.
