Group provides information to stay on track, opportunity to meet others and learn from them. The benefits of the group include assisting families in forming and maintaining a support network, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and relieving the stress of providing care to their loved ones. Group member does not have to be the Veteran. However, the Veteran must be enrolled in the VA. Consult needed: No formal consult required.
