Recap and Conclusions Recap The energy market is undergoing a fundamental transformation in which ICT is the central, facilitating and unifying factor. KPN is well positioned to support this fundamental transformation and has a strong focus on Communication, Security and Big Data. Utilities and Telcos should not only be focussed on their customer supplier relationship but they also can learn from each other experiences. To meet the requirements of critical utility environments Utilities and Telcos must co-operate and co-create on the development of new ICT-Services and introducing new business models 12 EUTC 19 March 2014 - Brussels
