Introduction The following outlines the application for a Standing Restricted Operator - Complex Application Process for UAV SFOC. All details for the application are defined within this document or as noted in the associated Operations Manual and UAV Manual for each aircraft. Purpose of Operation The purpose of the UAV flight operations are to gather photo, and video imagery for multiple clients within uncontrolled class G airspace up to 300 feet AGL inclusively for daylight operations located within the border confines of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador as described in the application. The operations will be carried out via LOS (line of sight) between the pilot and UAV. Operation will be performed in multiple flights, each covering an area of the specific property in multiple sweeping passes to cover the full property area. Multiple passes of a single area will be performed with varying altitude and camera angles. During normal operations the following minimum personnel will be present and in constant communication: 1 Operations Manager/Observer 1 Pilot Additional personnel may be added to perform additional duties as the situation requires. Anyone else who is present will be considered a spectator. Flights will be performed during daylight hours under VFR conditions flown VLOS. Flights may occur if the following criteria are met: Visibility of greater than 1 mile Winds below 16 knots Cloud ceiling greater than 1000 feet AGL No precipitation And as further outlined in the Operations Manual. Local weather forecasts and a handheld anemometer will be used to verify conditions for the proposed period and immediately prior to actual mission flights and as further outlined in the Operations Manual. Only one aircraft will be in use at one time. 4

Dates of Operation Multiple operations are planned for the period of January 15 th 2015 December 31 st 2015. Operation Location Operation will be performed at multiple locations within the border confines of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador in Uncontrolled Class G airspace up to 300 feet AGL. Permission from the property owners will be received prior to any operations, and proper authorities will be contacted when necessary. Air Traffic Service Providers will be contacted in advance of all operations and comply with the ATC authority requirements where required. Each location will be assessed via a site survey prior to flight operations to ensure the ability to carry out safe flights as outlined in the Operations Manual. Full operational and flight processes and procedures are outlined in the Operations Manual. 5
