BDO-I2I Executive Management Team David Keynan Managing Partner David, Managing Partner at BDO-I2I was a member of the Intel Capital India team since 2003, managing Intel s investments there. David has relocated to India after spending three years in Intel Capital Israel, leading Intel investments in the telecom space. David is the Vice Chairman of the Technology Committee at the Israel-Asia Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the India Committee at the High Tech Industry Association. He is the first and only Israeli TiE chartered member. David earned his B.Sc. in Mathematics and Philosophy from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Page 3 David Ness Managing Partner David Ness, Managing Partner at BDO-I2I, has a lot of experience with the India market and the India business culture. David has over 25 years of extensive experience in the Israeli Hi-Tech industry in varied positions with the biggest companies such as IAI, Alcatel, ECI and also spent four years in India managing Israeli companies. David earned his B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Connecticut University and holds MBA in Economic and Management from the Technion. David also graduated from the school of Mediation and serves as a public representative at the Regional Labor Court in Tel-Aviv.
BDO-I2I Executive Management Team Sriganesh Parthasarathy Mumbai Partner A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Sriganesh has over 30 years of experience in the IT and ITES industry and NBFC sector having set up several Companies in India. Between 1986 and 2000 he worked in senior financial positions in Citigroup India. He was a Promoter-Director of Citicorp Information Technology (now known as I-Flex) and cofounder and Honorary Treasurer of NASSCOM. As Treasurer of NASSCOM in the initial years was involved with the Government to set up regulations for the then nascent industry. Page 4

Mr. Savithsky has more than 17 years of experience in leading merger and acquisition transactions, private and public placements in the USA, Eastern and western Europe and China. Mr. Savithsky has extensive experience in leading cross border transactions in the sectors of high-tech, real estate, pharmaceuticals, financial institutions, communications, retail and more. Additionally, Mr. Savithsky specializes in valuation, due diligences and business plans. He is a member of the BDO International Network M&A and Investment Banking Forum. Mr. Savithsky has holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the College of Management and an MBA from the Beer-Sheva University. Pini Shmueli-Nisan Senior Partner in BDO Consulting Group and Head of the Corporate Finance Department. Mr. Shmueli-Nisan has over 15 years of experience in consulting and management, including extensive experience in business, strategic and economic consulting. Mr. Shmueli-Nisan has conducted, among others, complex pricing projects, valuations and cost analyses for leading Israeli companies. In addition, he has acquired substantial experience in economic and strategic consulting in the fields of industry and technology. Over the years, Mr. Shmueli-Nisan had managed a number of major and complex telecommunications and internet projects. Mr. Shmueli-Nisan has guided a large number of public and private placements and consulted in merger and acquisition transactions conducted by companies in the industry, communications and software sectors. Mr. Shmueli-Nisan holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Ben-Gurion University and an MA in Economics from the Tel-Aviv University

Mr. Toledano has 10 years of experience in providing consulting and accounting audit services. Mr. Toledano specializes in economic and business consulting, including the formulation of business plans, valuations and the guiding of mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he is highly experienced in the performance of feasibility calculations, taking into account financing and tax considerations as well as risk management issues arising from the application of the Sarbanes- Oxley Act to government companies, banks and insurance companies. Mr. Toledano also specializes in the management of SOX projects in Israeli and U.S. companies traded in the United States, including the analysis of financial and operational processes as part of the evaluation of risks and control gaps that have bearing on financial reporting. Mr. Toledano lectures on the analysis of financial statements and company valuation in professional forums, on internal audit and risk management in the directors course, and more. Nizan Weisman, CPA CPA, Partner and Coordinator of Family Business Consulting in the BDO Consulting Group. Mr. Weisman has 20 years of experience in the audit of financial statements, internal audit and special audits, including investigative audit of private and public companies as well as municipal owned corporations, cooperative societies and non-profit organizations. Mr. Weisman Specializes in consulting to family businesses and guiding them through intergeneration transfers, crisis situations and the assimilation of structural and organizational changes that are required to accommodate the employment of several family members in the business. Previously, he had served as a consultant for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in various Business Development Centers ( MATI ) and consulted to Local Government Economic Services Ltd. on the establishment of municipal corporations.
