The objective of the project is to eradicate poverty by including poor women through formation of SHG and federations. We seek committed and dynamic rural development professionals, who are looking to make a difference in the lives of the poorest of the poor in Jharkhand. JSLPS is looking for the services of professionals for Sanjivani Project at various levels. Your responsibilities would include documentation, collection of data/ information, conduct analysis, and studies regarding interventions, compiling reports and book/ record keeping, organizing related events, field visits, documentation, communication, reporting, meetings reviews, business dealing with different agencies etc. Coordination with other Units at SMMU/ DMMU. We are looking for a person with Post Graduate degree/diploma or Master Degree in Rural Development / Management / Business Administration / Agri Business Management/Social Work/Agriculture & allied/development studies from a recognized University/ institute. You should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience of working with Livelihoods Farm activities team in Government/Development project. The gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 25,000 33,000 2. Programme Executives-Livelihoods - UR (1 Position) - As a part of State level team, you would support thematic head (State Co-ordinator) in executing their thematic responsibilities. We are looking for a person with Post Graduate degree/diploma or Master Degree in Rural Development / Management / Business Administration / Agri Business Management/Social Work/Agriculture & allied/development studies from a recognized University/ institute. You should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience of working with Livelihoods Farm activities team in Government/Development project. The gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 25,000 33,000 3. Accountant- (UR-1 Total -1 Position) : As part of state level finance unit team, You would provide support in accurate and timely settlement of Staff travel, communication allowances, petty cash, & consultant etc. with due considerations to deductions (advances, loans, taxes).timely processing of all types of vendor payments. Co-ordinate with the vendors/parties for any queries on the invoice/bill Preparation of TDS Statements, Vat statement and filing it on regular basis Consolidation of PF Statements and online filing of ECR. Timely deposit of TDS, PT and PF. All types of vouchers entry in Tally ERP9 and coordinate with all DMMU units for IUFR.Any other duties assigned by the Finance Head. We are looking for a person with B.Com degree with 3 years relevant post qualification experience in Accounts & finance with reputed financial firms or non-government organizations The gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 20,000-28,000. Candidate not having relevant experience need not apply. 4. Office Attendant - (UR-1 Total 1 Position): The candidate should be completed Intermediate with at least 3 year relevant experience in reputed institutions/ government programme/development project or NGO. The gross monthly remuneration is Rs 11,000 15,000 5. Executive Assistant cum Computer Operator (UR-1 Total 1 Position): You should have worked in extending secretarial assistance and managing communication, office record keeping, compiling of project information and maintaining records related with programmatic, administrative and HRD affairs in reputed institutions/ government programme/development project or NGO. Excellent knowledge of working on computer with MS office environment will be must. You should also possess good writing and typing skill in both Hindi and English.. We are looking for person who has completed graduate degree in any discipline and govt. affiliated computer diploma with at least 2 years relevant experience. The gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 10,000-19,000 District Level Position 1 Accountant 2 positions (UR-1, ST-1) As part of District team, you would be responsible for looking after all accounts related work, checking of bills/vouchers, smooth disbursal payments against bills/vouchers, preparing periodic financial reports and smooth operationalization of accounts related processes within office. We are looking for persons with Graduation in Commerce from any recognized university. You should have at least 2 years post-qualification relevant experience, only, of working in accounts in Government/semi government agency, banking institutions, reputed financial firms or large non-government organizations. The gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 10,000 20,000. Candidate not having relevant experience need not apply.

Block Level Position Note: 1 Block Coordinator - (UR-8, ST 8, SC 3, BC-II-2) Total 21 Backlog positions Based at the block level, you will lead the Block level team of the Programme, managing almost 20 staff working directly under you. You will plan and execute all project activities at block level. A key role would be to liaise with Govt. line departments, banking institutions, civil society organizations and other external agency for project purposes. You would also nurture block level federations. You would be the overall in-charge of finance and administrative functions of the block unit. You should have managed a SHG promotion/ Livelihoods promotion programme, leading a team of field workers. Experience in SHG Bank linkage and liaison with government officials is essential. You will also ensure regular updation of MIS. We are looking a person with a 2 years PG degree/ 2 years PG Diploma in Management/ Social Work/ Rural Development/ Agriculture and allied/ Development. You should have at least 4 years of relevant post qualification work experience on successful leading of large and multidisciplinary team as well as executing livelihoods/ SHGs/ MF programmes in Government /Development project. Candidate having 2 years Post Graduation degree in any stream with 6 years post qualification relevant work experience on successful leading of large and multidisciplinary team as well as executing livelihoods/ SHGs/ MF programmes in Government /Development project can also apply. The gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 20,000-30,000. Candidate not having relevant experience need not apply. 2 Block Accountant cum Assistant Total 30 (UR-15, ST 8, SC 3, BC I 2, BC II 2) Based at the block level, you will work as Accountant cum Office Assistant for various functions at Office level. We are looking for a candidate having Intermediate in Commerce along with Diploma course in Computers from any affiliated Computer Institute. Should have at least 1 years of relevant post qualification work experience in accounts and should be well versed in working on computers. The gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 8,000/-. Candidate not having relevant experience need not apply. All Positions are offered on a contract basis for three years, except for Block Coordinator The position of Block Co-ordinator is based at the block level and the incumbent should be willing and ready to work in rural areas of Jharkhand as per requirement of the project. The position of Block Co-ordinator is offered on a contract basis for three years, Contract is renewable every year based on review of performance. However, the position shall be initially recruited as Trainee Block Co-ordinator for the period of 6 months. The performance would be observed for initial 6 months. Further extension of contract would be granted subject to

good performance and recommendation of the review committee on the performance assessment. JSLPS may create waitlist of suitable candidates which would remain valid for 6 months from the date of results declaration.
