System: Inter-tel From Administrators Phone Only. With Exec Handset (Large Display) 1. Press Admin Features. 2. Press Arrow Right. 3. Press Set Time & Date. 4. Enter Date in Format (DD-MM-YY). 5. Enter Time in format (HH-MM). With Small / No Display 1. Press 9800. 2. Enter Date in Format (DD-MM-YY). 3. Enter Time in format (HH-MM).

System: Goldstar GSX From Administrators Phone Only (Station 100). Dial 299 You will see the following display: Date and Time: HH:MM: AM DD/MM/YY Enter the time and date as follows: YYMMDDHHMMSS When entering time and date use the following data: a. Year (YY) 00-99 b. Month (MM) 01-12 c. Day (DD) 01-31 d. Hour (HH) 00-23 e. Minute (MM) 00-59 f. Seconds (SS) 00-59 If successful, you will hear a confirmation tone and see the changed time and date displayed.

System: Toshiba Strata DK 24 / 56 / 96 / 96L The time can be set only from the electronic telephone assigned to port 00 only. Press the following key sequence with the handset on the hook: INT 6 5 2 hh/mm/ss - # Time in hours / minutes / seconds format (hh/mm/ss from 000000 to 235959). If the handset has a redial button programmed, press it instead of the # key.

System: Toshiba DK 280 & CT The time can be set only from the telephone assigned to port 00 only (usually extension 200). Place the handset on-hook Dial internal # 6 5 2 Dial the time Dial hour / minute / second in the 24 hour clock format hh/mm/ss. Enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered. Press the Redial You will hear a confirmation tone Press the Spkr button The telephone will return to the idle mode after you press the button.

System: Toshiba DK 40 & DK 16 The time can be adjusted only from extension 10 Place the handset on-hook Press the Internal button and dial # 6 5 2 Dial the time Dial hour / minute / second in the 24 hour clock format hh/mm/ss. Enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered. Press the Redial, or press the # button if your phone doesn t have a redial button You will hear a confirmation tone Press the Spkr button The telephone will return to the idle mode after you press the button.

System: Toshiba CTX 670 & CTX 100 Access Sequence: Login to programming mode from your telephone button pad: Hold *#*#1*2*3*. At the PASSWORD= prompt, Enter 0000 and press Hold. At the PROG= prompt enter 902 and press Hold. Press FB01 (Intercom Key) to enter current Date. Enter date in this format yymmdd. Press Hold to program Press FB02 (Button above Intercom Key) to enter current time. Enter the time in the format hh/mm/ss. Press Hold to program. Press Hold to submit, then # # Hold to return to the PROG= prompt. Enter # # Hold again to exit programming mode.

System: Samsung Open System Programming: Handset is on-hook Press TRSF and then dial 200 Dial the four-digit pass code (default is 1234) Dial 1 to enable Press Speaker To change the time: Dial 505 Display shows i. Old 1 10 28 02: 09 10 ii. New W MM DD YY: HH MM Enter the new time and date using the following format: W = Day of the week, 0-6. Enter 0 for Sunday and 6 for Saturday MM = Month, 01-12. Enter 01 for January and 12 for December DD = Day of the month. Enter a number in the range of 01-31 YY = Year. Enter the last two digits of the year, e.g. 02 HH = Hours. Use the 24-hour clock and enter a number in the range 00-24 MM = Minutes. Enter a number in the range 00-59 Verify the time and date Re-enter them if necessary Press TRSF to store and exit programming If you have entered invalid data, you will receive an [INVALID ENTRY] message for 3 seconds. Re-enter the correct date and time.

System: Index Terminals with Operator status can alter the time set on the system and displayed on the terminals Press the setup and then time Enter the new time in hours, minutes and seconds o Note you must enter the time in 24-hour format o If entered incorrectly, press the Cancel and re-enter To exit without changing, press the Answer Release When finished, press Done.

System: SDX ACD 4 or 5 software Changing the time should be carried out before the start of business as the system restarts, also may corrupt statistics. Log onto the ACD with your user name and password. Select System Set-up Menu. Select Change time and date [Enter] Now follow the prompts on the screen to change the time. The system will tell you that it will shut down. This is to protect the database and will reboot on its own. Remove any floppy from the A drive. To provide the best functionality, request any logged on agents to log-off and log back on.

System: SDX Global Voice Manager Press F4 If Phone Cards are displayed, go to 4 If System Locked is displayed, go to 2 Log onto the Voice Manager with MS [Enter] Press F4 and the phone Book will be displayed. When all the channels are yellow, press ALT + Q to shut down the Voice Mail system. The screen may prompt you to confirm the shut down, enter Y. From the menu now displayed, press F10 to go back to Dos prompt. At c:\global\runtime>type cd\ [Enter] At c:\>type time [Enter] Enter new time HH:MM:SS [Enter] i.e., 09:12:00 Reboot the PC by the reset button on the front of the PC. The PC will take about 3 minutes to restart. Finished.

System: SDX INDeX Locate the System Managers Phone will have Set-up in the display. Press Set-up. Press Time. Press Change. Enter in new HH:MM:SS i.e., 09:12:00 Note: Remember time is 6 digits long. Press Done.

System: SDX 40E Locate the System Managers Phone. Must be a display phone (Default 20 or 22). Log onto the SDX. *P in display will show Pcd (if displays L is not the Systems Manager Phone). Note: If *P does not work, try *8. Enter Password 9999 Press Button H The time is displayed in the display. Enter new time 0922, only 4 digits required. Press H button. Press P to finish.

System: SDX 60\180\420 Via Kermit/Hyperterminal Log onto the ACD with your User password. In Main Menu select System Set-up. In Set-up Menu select Configuration ACD Switch Parameters. The screen will go blue. Press Esc key. If Main Facility Menu is displayed, go to 8 If nothing happens, go to 6 Press Enter key and System Administrator screen is displayed. Enter your Password and press [Enter] twice. Note: if this does not work do not attempt to re-enter as you may be locked out for invalid attempts contact Technical Support. Main Facility Menu is displayed. Select (2) System [Enter] Select (5) Clock [Enter] Select (1) Time [Enter] Enter time HH:MM:SS i.e., 09:12;00, remember to use: between numbers. Press Esc three times back to the Main Facility Menu. Type ex (lower case) and [Enter] to log-off the system. Press F9 to go back to the ACD menu. Press Esc twice to go back to the ACD Main Menu. Select Agent Status screen. Finished.

System: SDX 60\180\420 Via Phone Locate the System Managers Phone. Must be a FT4. *P in display will show Ch_C Enter Password 333333. Press E button twice. * will be displayed in the long display. Press Group button. *sy will be displayed. Press E button. Press A button twice. Clock will be displayed. Press E button. Time will be displayed. Press A button. Enter time 09 Press D button 12 Press D button 00. Displayed 09 12 00 Press E button. Press Forward button twice. Press P to finish.

System: SDX Flatbed WOC The console displays the date and time as set on the SDX. Changing the console values also changes the telephone systems settings. To change the date & time: Click on Settings in the console menu-bar. Click on Time and Date. This displays the Time and Date entry box. Enter the date or time and date required using the formats shown above each box (you cannot change just the time only). Switch between entry boxes by pressing Tab or by clicking on the box required. When finished, press Esc to exit

System: Index PC WOC Windows 311 Use the mouse to click top left, use the drag down menu to Exit Console and exit the Windows Operator Console. Locate and open the SDX Operator s Console Window, double click on the System Maintenance icon. Click with the mouse the upward pointing arrow at the top right of the System Maintenance window. Press returns on the keyboard, you will be prompted for the passcode bottom left, enter the system password and press return. Note: If this does not work first time, DO NOT try to reenter, contact Technical Support at SOTEL Ltd. After entering the passcode, press return twice to get the Main Facility Selection menu. Enter 2 for the System menu, press return. Enter 5 for the Clock, press return. Enter 1 for the Time, press return. Enter the Time in the format HH:MM:SS (for example 1:56 PM would be 13:56:00) then press return. Confirm the time has changed on the handset. Press Esc on the keyboard. Type ex (must be in lower case) on the keyboard and press return, screen should go blank. Use the mouse to click on File top left, use the drop down menu to exit System Maintenance. Locate the Operator Console icon in the SDX Operator s Console window and double click on the icon, Operator Console will restart. Note: If the Operator Console icon is not in the SDX Operator s Console window it may be found in the Start-up window. To change time via a System Management Terminal Enter the System Management Software you are using or dial into the modem of your INDeX as usual. Press returns on the keyboard, you will be prompted for the passcode bottom left, enter the system password and press return. Note: If this does not work first time, DO NOT try to reenter, contact Technical Support. After entering the passcode press return twice to get the Main Facility Selection menu. Enter 2 for the System menu, press return. Enter 5 for the Clock, press return. Enter 1 for the Time, press return.

Enter the time in the format HH:MM:SS (for example 1:56 PM would be 13:56:00) then press return. Confirm the time has changed on the handset. Press Esc on the keyboard. Type ex (must be in lower case) on the keyboard and press return, screen should go blank. Disconnect from your modem or close the software package. To change the INDeX or SDX System time via Windows Operators Console Windows 95 and 98 Use the mouse to click top left, use the drag down menu to Exit Console and exit the Windows Operator Console. Click on the Start button. Use the mouse to come up to Programs, then across to SDX Operators Console the across once more to System Maintenance and click onto this prompt. Use the mouse to maximize the window by clicking on the small box between the dash and the cross top right of the window. Press returns on the keyboard, you will be prompted for the passcode bottom left, enter the system password and press return. Note: If this does not work first time, DO NOT try to reenter, contact Technical Support at SOTEL Ltd. After entering the passcode, press return twice to get the Main Facility Selection menu. Enter 2 for the System menu, press return. Enter 5 for the Clock, press return. Enter 1 for the Time, press return. Enter the time in the format HH:MM:SS (for example 1:56 PM would be 13:56:00) then press return. Confirm the time has changed on the handset. Press Esc on the keyboard. Type ex (must be in lower case) on the keyboard and press return, screen should go blank. Use the mouse to click on File top left, use the drop down menu to exit System Maintenance. Click on the Start button. Use the mouse to come up to Programs, then across to SDX Operators Console then across once more to Windows Operator Console and click onto this prompt, Console will restart.

System: Avaya IP Office Provided the PC running the manager software updates the system will automatically update. Most Windows PC s will update. If not from system manager terminal Setup Time Enter time (hh:mm:ss) Done Program

System: Seltek Voice Manager Log onto the Voice Manager with User Name: SELTEK, Password: SELTEKHB Select Maintenance Menu and press [Enter] Cursor down to the bottom of the menu and select Change time and date, press [Enter] Now follow the prompts on the screen to change time. Press Esc twice to escape out of the Main Menu. Select Monitor. Finished.

System: Definity Switch Log onto the Definity switch. At the command prompt enter : set time Command: set time Set time Page 1 of 1 DATE AND TIME DATE Day of the Week: Month: Day of the Month: 10 Year: 200 TIME Hour: 18 Second: 52 Minute: 11 WARNING: Changing the date or time will impact BCMS, CDR and MEASUREMENTS Change the Definity time of day. Press F3 to enter new time of day. Log-off Definity. Note: Please remember the time will take up to 30 minutes to change in all the telephone handsets.

System: Alcatel Connect to PBX via telnet.
