Shipping & Delivery Management The Online Shipping Software for Carriers, Shippers and ecommerce Join us on

The Key Technology that Connects Shippers with Carriers Express delivery operators know that their job entails more than merely delivering parcels. It is essential that they also effectively manage all transport-related information. Today, they have to be able to provide their shipper customers with the technological tools they need to easily record shipping orders and generate transport documents and information. The rapid development of e-commerce has further expanded the parcels market, and has also prompted carriers to improve their technology to enable their customers to integrate shipment preparation operations into their order management system. Shipping solutions have become strategic tools for building customer loyalty, facilitating exchange and generating business. Manufacturers, traditional distributors and e-merchants, all users of delivery services, today understand the importance of being connected with transport operators to streamline the order shipment process, successfully trace items and ultimately optimize their supply chain. Working in compliance with the requirements of carriers not only makes it possible to prepare shipments more rapidly and minimize delivery errors thanks to electronic data transfer, but it also makes negotiating with them easier. Online solutions geared to optimizing supply chain processes and the generalization of electronic data interchange has greatly developed in recent years. They now cost less, are easier to implement than PC or server-based solutions, are more user-friendly and can address the needs of multiple customer segments. This has allowed carriers to introduce shipping solutions for all their customers regardless of whether they dispatch 10 parcels a week or 1,000 parcels a day, and forwarding companies to develop their collaborative supply chain. Cyberstation OSS, a complete SaaS shipping management solution Cyberstation OSS is an online multi-carrier shipping management solution. Operated and hosted by Neopost Shipping, Cyberstation OSS was designed to meet all the needs of carriers and shippers. For carriers For express delivery operators in both the private and public sectors in search of a turnkey solution for their shipper customers, Cyberstation OSS comes as a white-label shipping solution that can be personalized with the carrier s colors and logos to become a unique, custom-branded solution. We configure and implement transportation services and specifications (parcel labels, customs documentation, collection manifests, routing files, EDI files, tariff structures and rules, different management rules and proprietary data repositories, etc.), and assess the functional requirements and equipment policies of shipper customers to include only those functionalities actually required. In addition, various functionality packages can be defined according to customer segments, for example based on shipping volumes. For shippers For manufacturers, distributors, e-marketplaces and e-commerce sites in search of a shipment management solution, Cyberstation OSS comes as a custom-built online solution and/or an online multi-carrier / multidelivery service solution. Cyberstation OSS operates as an independent e-shipping engine responsible for managing shipping processes in full compliance with the requirements of each carrier. Cyberstation OSS handles everything from the booking, labelling and pricing of shipments to the generation of transport documents and the transfer of data to carriers. 2

Working together to create the best solution for you Although their business activities may have much in common, we are aware of the fact that not all carriers, manufacturers and distributors share the same needs. This is why each Cyberstation OSS solution is customized to individual requirements. During the implementation phase, Neopost Shipping puts you in touch with a Business Support representative, whose job it is to identify your needs, develop functional specifications and manage the project in collaboration with our teams of technicians all the way through to operational start-up. Your solution is hosted and operated on our servers at the Neopost Data Centre. Our infrastructure is based at two distinct hosting sites with data replication and load balancing hardware to ensure the high availability of your system. This service-oriented approach enables you to have rapid access to a comprehensive, tried-and-tested solution, and means that you will not need to invest in the technical resources required to develop and host your solution; It also has little impact on your IT resources since we adapt the flow of information to your specifications. In conclusion, it is the ideal solution for effectively managing business development and seasonal fluctuations without committing to new investments in information technology or human resources. Cyberstation OSS, a comprehensive solution addressing the needs of all shippers This solution enables you to manage shipment data entry, the generation and printing of shipping documents and labels, the electronic transfer of shipping orders, address book management, statistical reports, shipping history and tracking, etc. using just a web browser. Compatible with the most well-known browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari), Cyberstation OSS functions on the great majority of desktops, does not require the installation of any propriety software and produces all documents in the universal PDF format. Shipping labels can be rapidly printed using any printer (desktop or thermal) connected directly to the system or found on the network. For medium and high-volume shippers, a shipment import function exists that eliminates the need to enter delivery details and automates the shipment booking. Once the data has been imported, the labels and shipping documents can be generated and printed one by one or in batches according to the needs of the shipping department. The electronic link established with each carrier is perfectly seamless for the customer. All of the shipments handled by a driver, be they parcels or shipments deposited in a depot or at a parcel shop, are transferred directly to the carrier. 3

Similarly, if requested by the user, messages can also be sent to recipient customers or partners informing them that an order has been shipped. A shipment history can be referred to online. It can be used to follow shipments, and to directly access tracking information and proof of delivery. Predefined statistical reports are also available to monitor shipping department activities. A report management tool can be used to customize these reports, and to create new reports for summarizing specific sets of management data. Pre-programmed e-mail notification and launch functions can then automatically distribute these results. eorder currently connects natively with Magento and Prestashop ecommerce systems, and ebay and Amazon marketplaces. Other integration connectors will enrich the system in the coming months. Upstream of order processing, Magento and Prestashop plugins are also available to bring delivery services in the shopping cart. To facilitate the sharing of information, each shipping account can define its own company users in such a way as to manage several shipping stations at once, to only authorize a third party access to data or to produce reports for the purpose of analysis. Cyberstation OSS, a solution that is also suited to the market for occasional and small-volume customers Cyberstation OSS supports the development strategies of carriers by providing the opportunity to offer services to occasional and small-volume shipper customers such as very small companies or private individuals. Coupling shipping services with online payment technologies will enable occasional customers to use your delivery services. The entire shipping transaction from the placing of an order to labelling, payment for transport and even parcel collection can all be managed directly online. Access to the online service and shipment data entry can be customized to ensure your site is accessible to as large a number of people as possible. We also implement various online payment service provider interfaces such as PayPal, WorldPay, Ogone, etc. Cyberstation OSS eorder streamlines online order shipping The eorder module has been specifically designed to facilitate e-merchant daily work. By connecting CyberStation OSS to their online shop and/or marketplaces, order shipping preparation is streamlined. Online orders are automatically imported in a unique database where they can be processed one by one or grouped together in single shipments. They also can be bulk-processed to generate labels and shipping documents in a single batch. Once the orders are shipped, order status and tracking numbers are sent back to online platform where the orders have been recorded. Leading carriers worldwide and international postal organizations such as Parcelforce Worldwide, Royal Mail, Kuehne Nagel Road and Australia Post have opted for Neopost Shipping online shipping solutions, which today count more than 50,000 users in 40,000 companies despatching about 7 million parcels a month. 4

Cyberstation OSS API, to rapidly integrate the shipping process in your information system or e-commerce website For businesses, e-marketplaces and e-commerce sites in search of a web services-type solution capable of integrating the shipping process in their information system without having to develop parcel operator interfaces, Cyberstation OSS API provides web services for handling everything from the booking, labelling and pricing of shipments to the generation of transport documents and the transfer of data to carriers. In this case, Cyberstation OSS acts as an e-shipping engine fully independent of the information system, providing a link with carriers and ensuring full compliance with their requirements. Cyberstation OSS admin, the application for managing shipping locations and carriers settings All customers using Cyberstation OSS have a webbased application for managing shipping locations as well as carrier data and parameters (services, prices, depots, routing tables etc.). All shipments are available for consultation, whether they have been prepared by shippers under contract or customers with online payment. A statistical report generator is also provided to monitor the business of the shipping locations and to create and distribute customized reports. A tool for managing online registration requests is available to open user accounts awaiting activation. Finally, it is also possible to manage the content of the message fields on the connection page and the home page, and the content of the various emails sent by Cyberstation OSS. All customers are therefore able to manage their user customers and the application parameters autonomously. 3 types of licence for building your shipping management solution Cyberstation OSS Professional For registered users Designed for regular shippers under contract with their carriers, and for small volume and adhoc shippers having no contracts with their carriers and paying online.
