Your Web Hosting Control Panel Your account details provide the link and log-in information to your hosting control panel. Within your hosting control panel you can manage many aspects of your account, such as: o Website files o E-mails o Backups o Databases o Statistics and logs o Software and services There are also useful video tutorials to help you learn how to use some of the services within cpanel. Just click the video icon to get started. Hosting Support From time to time you may need support with your Green Hosting account. This is provided in a few different ways: Level 3 - Green Hosting Guides Our Green Hosting support page provides a range of guides to cover common queries on setting up and using your Green Hosting account, managing your control panel and e-mails. /support Level 2 - Hourly Support & Consultation If you cannot find the support documents you need on our website and you require support from the Green Hosting team, we can provide this at an hourly rate. We recognise that some support requests may take very little time to solve and others may need more involved input. We will apply appropriate charges for level 2 support at our discretion. Level 1 - Emergency Support Emergency support relates to server issues only (i.e. if the server is not functioning properly). Once we have been alerted about an emergency support request we shall investigate this. If the server is functioning properly and support is still required, this request will be moved to level 2, hourly rate support. Level 1 support is included in your basic Green Hosting subscription payments. To request support please open a helpdesk support ticket at: http://makehay.zendesk.com Server monitoring We monitor our web servers closely to ensure they are functioning as they should be.
