GETTING THERE Your residence is located approximately 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). GETTING AROUND Scottsdale is a sprawling, urban area and we highly recommend a rental car throughout your stay for convenience and ease of getting around. However, if you prefer private transportation or a taxi, your Destination Concierge will be more than happy to arrange that for you. PARKING Complimentary parking is available in your residence s oversized two-car garage. CHECK IN/ARRIVAL PROCESS Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a member of Guest Services at the Gatehouse. If you arrive between the hours of 8 am - 6 pm, you will then be directed to the Clubhouse where you will be met by your Destination Concierge, provided with a tour of the amenities and escorted to your residence for a tour of the home. Should you arrive after 10 pm, you will be escorted to your residence by a security guard. THINGS TO KNOW GROCERIES For just the cost of groceries, your Destination Concierge will be happy to fulfill your grocery order. Simply complete the order form on your Inspirato.com account at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. Additional shopping trips are $25 plus the cost of groceries, $45 if there the additional order includes alcohol. IN-RESIDENCE DINING OPTIONS In-residence meal delivery is available from 6:30 am to 10 pm daily. Additionally, The Rocks offers ready-tocook BBQ dinners for you to grill at your residence that include marinated meats and prepared side dishes. Your Destination Concierge can also arrange for a private chef to come to the residence and prepare a meal for you. SPECIAL NOTE: For both the BBQ dinners and private chef service, we request that you book a minimum of 72 hours in advance. STAY FIT Located in the clubhouse is a fitness center that features Cybex and Precor equipment. The community grounds are also located near several walking and hiking trails for a scenic morning run or walk. HOUSEKEEPING Daily. TIPPING GUIDELINES While our Destination Concierge teams and housekeeping staff welcome and appreciate recognition for exceptional service, tipping is entirely up to you based on your level of satisfaction. If you would like to leave a gratuity, we suggest the following general guidelines: + Destination Concierge: $20-$50 per day depending on the level of service you experienced. + Housekeeping: $5-$7 per occupied room per evening is typical for luxury hospitality. + Restaurants: The customary 15-20% of your total bill is appropriate. + Vendors: Gratuity is dependent on the complexity of the experience or service, so we suggest using your discretion. THINGS TO DO SPA The Rocks Club offers massages in-residence or in the Clubhouse where there are two professional treatment rooms. Treatments are available for 60 or 90 minutes and include Swedish, Therapeutic, Reiki, Craniosacral, Maternity and Golfers Massages. Special Treatments include: Hot Stone Massage and Traditional or Table Thai both are 75 minutes. Geared towards kids three to 11 years old, this museum is filled with hands-on activities, educational exhibits and even a three-story indoor structure for climbing, sliding and playing. THINGS TO DO ROMANTIC A hot air balloon ride over the colorful desert terrain is everything you could ask for to spark some romance. Some tour operators even treat you to a champagne breakfast picnic once you land perfection. ADVENTURE Take a jeep or Hummer through the backcountry to experience the desert's saguaro-covered mountains and unique rock formations. The most popular four-wheeling locale is Tonto National Forest. NATURE Enjoy a beautiful hike through Pinnacle Peak Park. A moderate hike along a 1.75 mile trail that slowly climbs approximately 1,300 feet to spectacular views of the valley.
