The Garnell tall ship adventure is an extraordinary example of the ability to break the mold, be able to suddenly change the planned course to get safely at destination, even in the most turbulent conditions On 14 August 1919, the Garnell tall ship leaves Melbourne heading to Bunbury, Western Australia. Soon, the passage proves almost impossible as the traditional routes are struck by extreme weather conditions After two unsuccessful attempts to circumnavigate Australia, first from the north, and then from the south, the commander of Garnell decides to reverse the course and manages to get at destination after 75 days of navigation, almost turning around the world, via Cape Horn and Cape of Good Hope

Garnell Advisory Renewable Energy Transaction Advisory Garnell acts as an independent advisor and project manager for two investment funds set up by Swiss & Global SGR Spa and dedicated to the creation of large photovoltaic plants. The current AUM of the funds are in excess of 65m. Garnell supports Swiss & Global SGR Spa in the identification and selection of investment opportunities and the negotiation and execution of all their projects (EOC,O&M, insurance, etc.). Garnell Solare Renewable Energy Facility Management After gaining considerable experience in the renewable energy sector through its advisory practice, Garnell has launched in 2010 its own venture focusing on the photovoltaic sector. Garnell Solare, a wholly owned subsidiary of Garnell Advisory, operates as facility manager for third-parties large photovoltaic plants. Our clients are institutional investors or HNW individuals interested in outsourcing the long-term operating management of their investments.
