Designed for simple, flexible and cost effective installation Installing a lighting management system has immediate benefits by reducing the need for installation materials, such as trunking and conduit. LightMaster Modular has specific time and cost saving features. Installation choices The complete portfolio of LightMaster Modular components offers a choice of standard plug-in, screw terminal and DIN rail solutions for connection.the central component, the 9LS lighting control module is a compact one-piece install. A new standard in cabling The cabling system for the LightMaster Modular 9LS LCM is based on the new gesis Twin-lead solution from Wieland. This system separates the mains from the dimming control cable, and was selected to align with the future connection standard for luminaires and control cabling.the benefits include: More flexible cable for easier handling, and a smaller bend radius to fit in tighter spaces Reduced chance for connection errors Possibility to upgrade switching only to dimming by adding a cable, rather than replacing one Compatible with all luminaire brands Multiple mounting techniques Ceiling, wall, cable duct, drop rods, trunking and even under the floor. Free topology and polarity insensitive network The LightMaster Modular network features free topology and a polarity insensitive data control cable to further speed the connection process and reduce possibilities for error.this also simplifies the addition of LCMs and other components, as well as integration with other systems. 3-fuse protection system A 3-fuse system in each 9LS LCM means that any luminaire fault that causes the circuit to short will affect, at maximum, only two other outputs. ach of the 3 fuses is simple to replace. Low depth ceiling voids The 9LS LCM module itself is designed to be very low height and the outputs are connected at the sides of the module - ideal for shallow ceiling voids. 3 4 2 1 asily accessed fuses asy and secure mains connection
