Learning Objectives of the Program hours 1 (A total of 2 Trimester, and for 6 Trimesters) Note: One credit is equivalent to 12 hours of teaching After this program, the students will be able to: Understand the fundamental concepts in respect of psychology, human behavious, thinking & organizational behaviors Successfully analyze psychological economic /business data to reach actionable conclusions, including analyzing a problem faced the organization Conduct primary counseling & other related tasks Develop competent writing skills so as to enable the graduate to communicate business ideas to senior management and general public 7. Program Delivery Systems The Program delivery will be a meticulous combination of class room lecture sessions, case studies, practical problem-solving exercises, discussions, quizzes, business simulation exercises, etc to ensure learning of concepts as well as application of concepts learnt in real-life business world. The session will be conducted for 12 s in each of the Trimesters. 9. Scheme of Evaluation, Weightage and Certification The evaluation system of the program is comprehensive & continuous during the entire iod of Trimester, both internal faculties (who is / are teaching the course) & also the external examiners (who have requisite extise in the domain / course area). Each course will have credits allotted to it and each credit refers to hours of guided learning in a (i.e. credit course will have hours of guided learning in a ). The system of evaluation & grading is as follows: (a) Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) 0% weightage i. Internal Assessment () 20 marks course ii. iii. Participatory & Industry-Integrated Learning () including Industry Interactions, Industrial Visits, Business Analysis Reports, Group Discussions, etc Practical Assignments, Class presentations & Quiz (), including attendance 10 marks course 10 marks course Note: The Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation comprises of Industry-Integrated Learning, Industrial Visits, Guest Lectures, Webinars, Analysis of Business Reports, Group Discussions, Class presentations, Quizzes, Participation in Management Events / Competitions and such similar practical activities. The weightage for each of these components will vary depending upon the course. (b) Term End Examination () 60% weightage iv. (d ) Grading System CMR University has adopted declaration of results & grading in academic formance & learning capabilities, both marks in CG (Cumulative Grade Point Average) and LGS (Letter Grade System) as follows: 91 100 % A+ Outstanding 81 90 % A Excellent 71-80 % B Very Good 61 70 % C Good 51-60 % D Satisfactory < 50% F Unsatisfactory (=Fail) Every course will be awarded with Grade Point Average on 1-10 scale & also the Letter Grade (E.g. If a student has scored 7 marks, he will get 7. G for the course with B Grade). This will be awarded for each Trimester and the Cumulative Average for the entire duration of the Program will also be reflected in the CG Card of the student. (e) criteria No student shall be promoted to the next year of the program, unless he/she has passed a minimum of courses in each Trimester (out of total 7 courses). (f) Maximum Duration of the Program The students are required to successfully complete the entire program within double the duration of the program, subject to provision for renewal on the recommendation of admission committee and payment of fees, when renewal of admission is approved. (g) Certification and Award of Degree The Certificate of Completion & the degree will be awarded, upon successful completion of the program as academic & regulatory norms of CMR University. (h) Amendments to Academic & regulatory norms The Program Structure and Regulations are subject to changes and amendments, in accordance with academic and regulatory norms of the University.
