INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED Refineries Division Paradip Refinery METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEES THROUGH SBI e-collect AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM 1. Payment of application fees through SBI e-collect. The online link to SBI e-collect is available to the candidate while filling up the online application form. The procedure for payment of application fees through SBI-e-Collect is explained here-in-below. On submission of the online application form, the following screen will appear on your PC / Laptop. Please click on the tab as shown in the following illustration. You will be lead to the SBI e-collect site for payment of application fees. The following screen will appear as you click on the tab : Click here to make payment through SBI e-collect site. Scroll down and click on the check box to accept Disclaimer Clause and click on Proceed button. 1
Click on Proceed button to move to the next screen As you click on the Proceed button, you will be lead to the next screen. Please select the Payment Category viz. Recruitment of Non Executives. As you click on the screen and Select Payment Category Recruitment of Non Executives, you will be taken to the next screen which captures the data pertaining to Registration No., Post and Post Code Applied for, Mobile No., e-mail id., Category, Date of Birth, Application fees etc. Please take adequate care to fill up the above data and also while filling in (a) Name (b) Date of Birth & (c) Mobile Number as asked for in the lower part of the screen. This information is important for reprinting the e-receipt after successful payment. After the required data has been entered, please click on Submit button. 2
As you enter the data and press on Submit button, the system will display the payment details summary and request confirmation of the person making the payment. After verifying the details click on Confirm to proceed. Click on Confirm button Now the system will ask you to select the desired payment Mode from various options i.e. A) Net Banking or B) Card Payments or C) Cash deposit in any of the branches of State Bank. Please note that the bank charges for respective payment mode is also displayed which is to be borne by the candidate. Carefully examine the charges displayed since the charges for different payment modes are different and then Select the desired payment mode. 3
Payment through Net Banking For Cash Payment Mode Payment through Net Banking Mode : As you click on Payment through Net Banking Mode, the system will guide you through the respective screens and after you make the payment through Net Banking an e-receipt is generated Candidates have to attach a copy of e-receipt of State Bank Collect Payment alongwith print out of online Application form. After you click on the above Tab, the e-receipt is generated. A sample e-receipt is attached hereto. Candidates have to attach the e-receipt for State Bank Collect Payment along with the Print out of the application form. Payment Receipt date Payment receipt No. beginning with DU Payment through Cash Deposit at any of the branches of SBI In case the Candidate opts to make the payment of application fees by depositing Cash at any of the Branches of SBI, after entering the details i.e. Registration No., Name of the candidate, Mobile No., e- mail id, date of birth, application fees etc. are entered, the following screen will appear : 5
Payment Receipt No. Click here to save the Pre- Acknowledgment form in PDF The system will generate a Pre-Acknowledgement form as you click on the tab Click here to save the Pre Acknowledgement Form in PDF. A sample copy of Pre-acknowledgement Form (PAP) is attached on the next page. The Bank will enter the details in the system on receipt of payment of application fees. 6

After making the payment of application fees either by Netbanking or Card Payment or Cash payment at the local branch of State Bank of India, Candidate has to once again login to the Online Recruitment Software package by entering the Registration No. and Date of Birth. As you click on the Payment Receipt details, the following screen will appear. Candidates are advised to enter the following details in the Recruitment Software i.e. Payment Receipt No beginning with the alphabets DU appearing on the e-receipt of State Bank Collect Payment and the Payment Receipt date. Please enter Payment Receipt Payment Receipt No. Is the SBI Collect Reference No. beginning with DU After entering the Payment Receipt No and Payment Receipt date, candidate has to click on the Submit button, which will take him to the following screen, candidate has to click on the tab : Click here to print your application and take a print-out of the online application form. Note : No other mode of payment shall be accepted other than payment through SBI-e-Collect. Candidature of candidates who submit Demand Drafts, cheques, postal orders, money orders etc. shall be rejected. 2. Submission of Application form. Candidate has to click on the link Requirement of Non-Executives (On Line Form) for the Online application form to open. Please paste the same passport size photograph that you uploaded in the e-recruitment software package Click on the tab Requirement of nonexecutives (On Line Form) As you click on the tab, the following screen Online Application Form will open. Candidate has to fill in all the relevant details sought in the online application form, upload his photograph and signature in the Online Recruitment Package. Candidate has to affix the copy of the same photograph and place the same signature which he has uploaded on the Print-out of the online Application form. 10
After filling up all the details sought in the online Application format, candidate has to take a Print-out of the Online Application Form. Candidate has to affix his recent passport size colour photograph on the Print-out of the online application form as shown in the illustration below. The printout of online applications without Photograph pasted at the space provided and applications without signature of the candidate shall be rejected even though the same has been uploaded in the Online System. Please paste your passport size photograph in the space 11
Signature on Application Form : Candidates must ensure that the application form is complete in all respect. Applications received without the signature of the candidate at the space specified in the printout of the Application Form will be rejected. Please put your signature in the space provided Submission of Print-out of online application along with the documents to the Address. After successfully applying / registering on-line application, the candidate must take a print out of the filled in online application form, affix his recent passport size photograph, put his signature in the space provided for the purpose and forward the Print-out of the online Application Form along with attested copies of the following documents by Ordinary Post Only to Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Paradip Refinery Project, Post Box No. 145, General Post Office (GPO), Bhubaneswar-751001 latest by 30 th December 2015. i. Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/ 10 th Standard Mark Sheet by State or Central Board mentioning the Date of Birth / School Leaving Certificate as proof of age.) ii. Mark-sheets 10 th standard, 12 th standard, all semesters / years of the relevant Diploma / Degree course. iii. Diploma / Degree Certificates iv. Caste Certificate / Disability Certificate (PWD)/ Discharge Certificate (XSM) (wherever applicable), v. Proof of requisite post qualification experience as stipulated in the Essential Qualification and Experience mentioned in the Detailed advertisement. Proof of experience viz Offer of appointment as a regular employee, Joining Letter, experience certificate, payslip at the time of joining and latest salary slip or release order issued by the employer. vi. Copy of the relevant page of the last published Balance Sheet of the establishment as proof that the company is a Large Industrial Establishment vii. Relevant Apprenticeship Documents (Certificate of passing of All India Trade Test conducted by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or Certificate of Proficiency issued by BOPT / BOAT) and viii. E-receipt for State Bank Collect Payment or Depositor Copy of Pre-Acknowledgement Payment (PAP) form duly stamped by the SBI Branch where the payment has been made (applicable for GEN & OBC candidates) ix. No Objection certificate from the employer in case employed with Govt. / Semi-Govt. / PSU. 12
