Accomodation Rooms for participants have been pre-reserved at different hotels, most of them near the Central Station and the venue on day 1 (Rotondes). A list of pre-reserved hotels, with detailed information of prices, is available online on the following websites : www.luca.lu / www.oai.lu FYI: A shuttle bus will be provided to drive you from a meeting point in the central station area to the venue on conference day 2 (Maison du Savoir in Esch-Belval). Participants are advised to make hotel reservations during the registration process. The deadline for guaranteed hotel reservation is 12 October 2015 for most hotels. Please refer to the hotel information document for further details regarding hotel reservations. The bookings will have to be made through the hotel reservation form downloadable on the previously-mentioned websites. After this deadline, delegates will have to find alternative hotel rooms online or via their appointed travel agency. Information and main points of sales are located at the Luxembourg Railway Station (Luxembourg-Gare). Tickets may also be purchased at automatic machines situated next to bus stops or through the mobile app mobiliteit.lu. By train The Central train station in Luxembourg city is about 5 mins walk from the venue on day 1 and about the same distance from the bus meeting point on day 2. Most hotels available through the reservation forms are situated in this area. Gare de Luxembourg / Central station Place de la Gare L-1616 Luxembourg Inquiries : +352 2489 2489 (6 a.m. 9 :30 p.m.) A shuttle bus will drive you from the Central station to Esch-Belval and back on day 2. However, if needed, Train line N 60 connects the Central Station Luxembourg-Gare with the Railway Station Belval-Université, the nearest stop the the venue on day 2. The train leaves every 15 minutes from the central station in Luxembourg-city, and every 30 minutes in the evening. Interpretation Day 1 : The working language for the visits and workshops will be English. Day 2 : The official conference language is English, with occasional use of French or German.
