Proposed funding adjustments to 2015 UTP Funding level adjustments based on revised financial forecast Federal Funding Levels in FY 2015 Federal obligation authority due to assumed MAP-21 extension through September. Includes Category 5 CMAQ, Category 7 STP-MM and Category 9 TAP distribution to MPOs. Fund Transfer Requests Adjustments to projects and funding allocations. Includes funding for HGAC Incident Management Program and Allocation to HOU related to HCTRA reimbursement for ROW on previous toll projects Administrative revisions Adjustments to projects and funding allocations. 3

Proposed project specific program updates New authorizations & de-authorizations include maintaining $100M of funding on SH 249 in Grimes County and authorizations for fund transfer requests for HGAC and HCTRA that were noted on the previous slide. Revisions to projects within previously authorized funding, primarily transfers of funding between fiscal years, include: Category 2 projects in Austin, Amarillo, Dallas, Houston, Odessa and Tyler. Category 3 TMF projects in Houston Category 4 Connectivity projects in Beaumont, Brownwood, Bryan, Childress and Dallas Category 10 CBI projects in Laredo Category 12 projects in Austin, Bryan, Dallas, El Paso, Laredo, Pharr and Tyler Administrative amendments to projects and programs are available for viewing online. 4
