Web Development RFP 1. DESCRIPTION, PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF WEB SITE We are a new inbound tour operator planning to have a responsive dynamic website with content management system which enable our non-technical staff to update information, prices, images and feeds. They will be able to take complete control of the website. The website will assist our customers to view our listed hotels, available activities and tour packages, our updates and news and offers and promotions. The website will also allow the customers to book hotel rooms and activities as well as apply for visa. 2. SPECIFICATION: Main Tabs: 1. About Us There will brief information about the company with images. It will also show our map location and address as well as contact details. Backend: Can upload photos with brief description. 2. Gallery Images will be viewed based on city or area in that specific city with a brief description. Backend: Can upload photos with brief description; then we can add the city, and a selected area. 3. To Do Based on the city, it will provide a list of places can go to based on category (Shopping, Culture, Adventure, etc). Visitors Ratings, feedback and comments with TITLE are also available (Name & Country is given) Backend: - Can upload a Place to go that contains information and images. The Place to go will be tagged to a city and to a category. - Categories can be added, edited, or removed. - Visitors can add their feedback, comments and rating.

4. Services a. Visa Assistance i. Will provide information of Visa rules and regulations as well as visa categories with prices. ii. A booking form will be available with direct transfer payment methods and availability of attachment upload. iii. Backend: 1. Can change pricing. 2. Auto email to staff and to clients about payment and confirmation of application. 3. Database creation of customers application. b. Hotels i. Will provide and display information, rating & feedback, location, price, stars, facilities& features (wifi, metro, etc) and images. ii. Customer can rate or comment. iii. Customer can filter rooms based on location, price, rating or stars. iv. Booking enquiry form (Goes to Itinerary planner page). v. Backend: 1. Can add more hotels with info of location, price, stars, facilities & features and images. 2. Add rooms with different types and prices and with additional services such as breakfast, extra bed, etc. 3. Add prices of rooms based on Market (Indian, Chinese, German, Russian, GCC, and Others). 4. Prices will be generated to customers based on from which market he is coming from. 5. Add price with variation based on: Period, Event (New year, Eid, Christmas, Exhibition, etc). 6. Can add mark up price (percentage or exact amount) on the actual price. 7. Can provide discounted price by a given condition (Example: booked two months earlier) 8. Customer feedback email will be generated after date of departure to update the rating and comments about the hotel. 9. Ability to add more feature and facilities (wifi, swimming pool, Metro, etc) and tag it to each hotel. c. Excursions i. Provide list of Activities and programs with images, description, guidelines, pricing and duration for each program. ii. Can filter activities based on location, category, price and duration.

iii. Booking enquiry form (Goes to Itinerary planner page). iv. Backend: 1. Can add more activities or programs with price, info, location, supplier name (not viewed to customer), category, duration and images. 2. Add price with variation based on: Period, Event (New year, Eid, Christmas, Exhibition, etc). 3. Can add mark up price (percentage or exact amount) on the actual price. 4. Can provide discounted price by a given condition (Example: booked two months earlier) 5. Can add categories, edit or remove them. d. Transfers: i. Provide information and images. ii. An enquiry form is available iii. Backend: 1. Can add information and images 2. Can edit the enquiry form fields. e. M.I.C.E: i. Provide information and images ii. SUB TAB 1. Provide the list of the upcoming tradeshows in a table form with description, date, logo, type of event, type of industry, and location. 2. Can be filtered based on type of event or type of industry, month, or location. 3. Can click on each event and see the service package with price we offer and book. 4. Enquiry form available iii. Backend: 1. Can add information and images. 2. Can add events with information, logo, industry, location, dates, event type, etc. 3. Add service package with price and tag it to selected event. (Accommodation, Transportation, Others). 4. Service package can be based on number of persons and other factors. 5. Can edit the enquiry fields. 5. Tradeshows & Events a. Takes you to the SUB TAB under MICE. 6. Plan your Itinerary

a. A customer can first select the following: i. Name ii. Nationality iii. Contact Number iv. Email v. Dates (From to) vi. Number of members, how many infant, child (3-10), adult. vii. Preference to choose what to be included in the itinerary (Hotels, Excursions or Hotels & Excursions) b. Hotel Page Customer will choose his preference: i. Cities (can be one or more) based on periods ii. Hotel stars iii. Budget (between) iv. System will generate all the possible hotel rooms based on the chosen preferences for each chosen city (if more than one) and based on the number of adults can accommodate. It will also provide prices for each option. v. A customer can then select or tick the rooms needed only and proceed to the next step. c. Excursion Page Customer will choose his preference: i. All excursions will be available with given duration for each program. ii. Once an activity was selected it will ask for number of adults and number of children. iii. The system will save the selection and the customer can choose more activities. iv. A designed timeline is shown in the left bar for the customer to drag and drop the selected activities into his itinerary timeline (based on hours and minutes). Take note that a more than one activity can be within the same timing (but notification will be given for overlapping activities.) v. Activities with no transportation included will be indicated and can request for transportation. (No price will be given) d. Once all booking is complete, it will display the final booking details with total estimated price. e. Customer can re-edit his booking or can proceed with the booking after providing the following information: i. Full Name ii. Country iii. Contact Email iv. Contact Number f. Auto email will be sent to both client and staff. g. Takes you to the Excursions under Our Services.

Home Screen: 1. Plan your Itinerary a. Will be showing only this info: i. Dates (From to) ii. Number of members, how many infant, child (3-10), adult iii. Preference to choose what to be included in the itinerary (Hotels, Excursions or Hotels & Excursions) b. Then there will be a Proceed button which takes to the Plan Your Itinerary Page. 2. Hotels a. Takes you to the Hotels under Our Services. 3. Excursions a. Takes you to the Excursions under Our Services. 4. Feeds or Latest News a. Update latest information with images in one section in the home screen. 5. Upcoming Events a. Will be looked like widgets and can click see more to get directed to the Events Page. 6. Contact Us a. Will be in Big size and at the top of the screen. 7. Visa Assistance a.
