RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited as the "Public Charter School Board Enrique Cruz Confirmation Resolution of 2014". Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of: Mr. Enrique "Rick" Cruz 2835 Hurst Terrace, N.W. 20016 (Ward 3) as a member to the Public Charter School Board, in accordance with section 4082 of the Fiscal Year 2011 Budget Support Act of2010, effective September 24, 2010, D.C.
