5 COURSES FINAL PROJECT EXCHANGE INTERNSHIP ECTS Credits ECTS per semestre 30 ECTS 15 ECTS Impartición Consultar semestre de impartición en la ficha de cada asignatura The exchange must take place between September and July as the School is closed in August Remarks Language Non-elegible courses for incoming students: - All courses in the 1 st 2 nd and 3 rd years of all ETSEIB 1st and 2nd level - All courses in the 1 st and 4th year of Bachelor's degrees - All courses in ETSEIB Master s degree in Biomedical Engineering - All courses in ETSEIB Degree in Design * You can check our course catalogue in: s_venir/asignaturas_movilidad_otoo_2 012.pdf Most of our courses are taught in Spanish or Catalan. You are hardly advised to have an intermediate command of Spanish: 'DELE Nivel intermedio' (B2 Level) The student must contact a lecturer in advance in one of the ETSEIB's departments in order to find a supervisor for your Project/Internship to be admitted Same rules and calendar as the regular students Different rules and calendar from the final project English, Spanish or Catalan As a double degree student at the ETSEIB you are not required to choose any courses because they will be arranged upon your arrival in view of the syllabus agreed by the ETSEIB and your home university. 4. This document is at the end of these instructions - Personal nomination letter from your home university as an exchange student (scanned, signed and stamped) - 1 Photo. (JPG format. Minimum resolution 100 dpi. Dimensions of photography: 181 pixels wide and 220 pixels high.) - Required documents on your arrival -Original documentation of: Learning agreement Curriculum vitae Transcript of records Personal nomination letter - Copy of Passport or ID Card - Copy of European Health Card or International Medical Insurance - Certificate of enrolment at the home institution - 1 Photo 4.1 Submitting your application form online: when the application form is completed, it has to be send online (send request)!! 5. Comments We will contact the student through the online application system. You should check our application periodically as we will send comments informing about the application s state. So, it is necessary to check periodically!!! 6
