3 NOMINATION DEADLINES Fall semester and full year students 01/06/2013 Spring semester 16/11/2013 DEADLINE FOR SENDING ON-LINE UD FORM AND COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS Fall semester and full year students 15/06/2013 Spring semester 30/11/2013 ACCOMMODATION APPLICATION DEADLINES Fall semester and full year students 15/06/2013 Spring semester 30/11/2013 APPLICATION PROCEDURE Once the nomination is received the Incoming Officer will contact the student directly with all relevant information and instructions on how to fill out the on-line UD form and what documents are to be provided before arrival: - Copy of legal ID card or passport - Copy of European Health Insurance Card (only for EU citizens) and/or private insurance - Sending Institution s statement of participation in the mobility to UD - Certificate of Enrollment at Home University for the academic year indicating: the field, the level and the year of studies - Passport-sized photograph with white background saved as jpg file named with name and surname - Provisional Learning Agreement signed by Home University coordinators

4 COURSE RESTRICTIONS/REQUIREMENTS Students have to register for at least 30 ECTS credits per semester ACADEMIC YEAR DATES FOR (TENTATIVE) Fall semester: September 6 th, January 17 th, 2014 Re-sit exams for the fall semester: January 29 th, 2014 February 6 th, 2014 Spring semester: February 10 th, June 12 th, 2014 Re-sit exams for the spring semester: June 24 th, 2013 July 2 nd, 2014 Compulsory Oritentation Week before the semester begins (September & February) LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS NONE a priori, but please check with each program. It is strongly advised that, if the student does not speak any Spanish, s/he should at least take the Intensive Spanish Course POSSIBILITY TO ATTEND COURSES FROM DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS Yes, but the highest percentage of the credits for each semester MUST belong to the degree the student comes nominated for.
