Although I had some prior knowledge in the field of HR from MBA classes and exposure in the field, the SHRM Certified HR Professional Test Prep Course provided me with a focused approach and structured methodology. The face-to-face sessions with the instructors and interaction with classmates allowed me to match theory with real-world relevance, which helped me pass the SHRM-CP exam on the first try. 8 Become a Reiki Practitioner Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. The ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during class. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. Become a practitioner after taking the following two classes: Usui Reiki Level I Welcome to your Usui Reiki journey! This course is the beginning level of Usui Reiki training. It consists of open discussion on the history and development of Reiki, Level I attunement and hands-on practice.
