25 Evaluaatiokriteerit - täsmennyksiä 1. Relevance to the Call Clarify ARTEMIS as a downstream programme, so ASP targets take precedence of Industrial Priorities (more generic) 2. R&D Innovation and Technical Excellence Clarifies State of the Art as being what is commercially in the field today (not only what is in labs) 3. S&T approach and work-plan Clarifies need for practicable demonstration/prototypes

Market Innovation and Impact Has weight of 2, so good understanding is vital Sub-criteria re-ordered and clarification of their relative weight important, very important or very very important Open Source business-models added as a note for sub-criterion f) (IPR). 5.
